As soon as you arrive you are welcomed by a warm atmosphere and attention to detail, with a breathtaking view: the lake opens up in front of you like a living postcard. The service was impeccable: kind, smiling and attentive staff, without ever being intrusive. We ordered two spritz, all of excellent quality and served with taste. The sunset seen from the outside tables was the real show of the evening: colors, reflections on the water and a tranquility rare to find elsewhere. 09/06/2025: Anything good is worth the wait! Smaller place and the food quality is absolutely amazing. My wife and I had the lasagna and the meatballs in red sauce. If you like lemon or lemonade, definitely try the Peroni Lemon Beer. Eating these meals back in the USA will never come even close! Come early and get in line! Update as we were leaving, we thought if the meals were this good, then what about desert? Try the Al Lemone and Perla Nera! Returned a few days later for lunch since my wife wanted to try their white gnocchi, I had a slightly spicy version of the penne pasta and requested that they add meat balls on top. I wish I could eat here every day!

02/05/2025: After a few years we returned to the Da Caliendo tavern and this time I didn't like it (much better when it was facing the square), perhaps it was the fact of wanting to imitate the master chef's gourmet dishes but more than anything else you pay dearly and you leave fasting, tiny but very expensive dishes (in fact a couple next to us was complaining), in the end it was time to get home and we were still hungry. Conclusion: I won't go there again.

03/05/2025: Family-run restaurant, we are not located on the seafront, but in the mountains, a little above Sant'Angelo. The place exudes history and humanity from all sides. We ate from the appetizer to the dessert, not missing the iconic Ischia-style rabbit. Nothing is left over. Right portions. Ingredients 0 km. The welcoming and kind owners took us through the various courses. Value for money fully in line. To return and highly recommended.

A quiet atmosphere to enjoy a totally relaxing experience to get away from the daily routine. Impeccable service Excellent value for money! The generous portions and the exceptional taste.
