18/07/2026: Basically, a steak house for its excellent selection of meats from around the world. Years ago, I would have given the food a thumbs up for its Genovese steak, which was exceptional, but now it's just okay. The dessert is good. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is nice but too crowded. Prices are fair, and the lack of a "cover charge" is much appreciated (I hope it wasn't just an oversight), which is a proper approach. It's just a shame I'm not a huge fan of grilled meat, but that's my problem 🤷🏼‍♂️.

13/07/2026: At first glance, the place appears very nice and welcoming, but the experience was extremely disappointing. As soon as we sat down, we were literally swarmed by four different waiters in just a few minutes trying to order. Their professionalism was compromised when we told them we didn't want wine: the first waitress looked annoyed, and shortly thereafter, the wine waiter made a decidedly inappropriate joke ("non-alcoholic evening?"). Furthermore, there's a clear and annoying preference for regulars, whose dishes were delivered in a fast-track manner, while we were left waiting. The menu stated "first course of the day for €12," but our bill was €18 simply because it was pappardelle with porcini mushrooms. This price change wasn't disclosed when we ordered. The wait for the meat was extremely long, and the result was terrible. We ordered a Black Angus entrecôte (€90 per kg), which arrived cold and even burned in some parts. Even the lava stone underneath was completely cold. For sides, we had hard, cold fries and decidedly unpleasant-tasting zucchini. Receiving such treatment and eating cold meat at those prices leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. Considering they don't give these things away for free, the quality and hospitality should be on a whole new level. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it.

11/05/2026: 100% RECOMMENDED!! Our plan was to return along the Amalfi Coast directly to Sorrento, but the GPS gave us the wrong location and we ended up taking a different route... Thanks to that, we discovered this INCREDIBLE and most delicious restaurant in all of Italy!! Ristorante Da Nicola! They welcomed us warmly, and the food was exquisite!! We couldn't decide between pasta or pizza since they have a varied menu. The very kind lady recommended we order one of each to try both! And we were so glad we did!! Because the pizza and lasagna were AMAZING!! We also ordered dessert! The house specialty, the lemon cake, is highly recommended! And the tiramisu!! I would definitely return to this place a thousand times over ❤️

27/07/2026: Truly an excellent experience at Trattoria Pizzeria Fedele! We ordered four different dishes, and each one was better than the last: quality ingredients, authentic flavors, and generous portions. Friendly service, a welcoming atmosphere, and great customer service. If you're looking for authentic Neapolitan cuisine, this place is definitely worth a visit. We'll definitely be back! (Two of the dishes were our daughters', and they loved it.)

18/05/2026: We've been to this pizzeria-trattoria twice and have always had a great time. Their horn pizza filled with eggplant parmigiana is a must-try (by the way, one of the best parmigiana we've ever had). The food is equally impressive... We really enjoyed the pasta and potatoes with provola cheese, the ziti alla genovese, and the various delicious appetizers on the menu. It's located right off Via Toledo, and we absolutely recommend trying it.

It deserves 5 star to save people the pain of landing in one of many mediocre restaurants. Great vibes and amazing service. Pizza is top notch, so make sure you give it a try! 02/07/2026: We arrived at the hotel for 9 days, 6 of us, two families. The travel agency only managed to book 2 3-bed rooms for us, but we indicated when booking that 2 rooms were a scam, one for 4 and one for 2, so we would like a room. In 3 months, there was no feedback that they could not solve this, and on site they said that they did not have a 4-bed room :( we asked that we could at least get a mattress, let us sleep on the floor. If there is nothing else, just let the family be together. They did not help us in any way :( finally we went to the neighboring town, bought a single inflatable mattress and the family could be together. Apart from the first conflict, it is a very cozy place, it is family-run, it shows in everything. The staff is very friendly, kind (even the cleaners, which is not typical in a large hotel). The service could only be booked with breakfast, which was very varied and delicious. In the evenings we often had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The menu, although I did not have a lot of choice, but what we tasted was very delicious and tasty. The rooms are well equipped, not particularly modern, but practical. The rooftop pool and the panorama of the rooms are magnificent. They did not take the closing time of the pool too seriously, if we stayed a little longer in the evening and it was absolutely fine. There is a separate bar by the pool, it is worth eating and drinking there. The owners are present in everyday life, they are kind, attentive and you can feel this throughout the hotel. The location of the hotel is a little different from usual. There is nothing nearby. You have to take a bus for everything, but the bus schedule is quite good, you can go anywhere with a 2 euro ticket per person. The sea was the most missing thing, it is almost impossible to find it without a car and with small children. Steep shores, secluded streets. Once we managed to find a beach in 9 days, it was also crowded, but the hotel pool is clean, tidy, the water is a good temperature, this made up for it. Such a wonderful panorama and sunset are rare in places, we couldn't get enough of it. Overall, after the chaos of the first day, we loved being there. I still don't know if there really are no 4-bed rooms or if they just didn't want to solve it. (There were more than one family of 4 at the hotel, but we didn't ask them how they slept) In our place, instead of a comfortable mattress/bed, our main slept on a tent mattress every night, but apart from that, everything was fine.

18/05/2026: Enchanting to say the least Thanks to Gilda Edvige Giusy Mauro and all of you for our communion, which was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Everything was perfect.

12/05/2026: I returned to this restaurant after 12 years, but unfortunately there's been a real decline in service and cleanliness. The appetizer served outside is too much like street food, not a classy wedding.
