28/06/2026: Sandwich shop is underplaying this on so many levels, it's amazing. I've paid 3x as much for no where near the quality of food. You have options, my photo doesn't do this any service as I had to stop and eat as I couldn't get a table so top tip, and it sounds weird, reserve or order ahead. This is the only reason I gave it 4 for service and atmosphere because I had to wait a while and I ate on a park bench, but this is a five, the rest is on me. The staff were lovely, my Italian is pretty terrible but their English was better so we got through it. There is a wide range of pre formatted food you can have but I wanted something not too filling. Ordered soft roll which was amazing with rotisserie chicken strips, salad and a couple of sauces. £8, burger and lobster in London would charge at least 3x that (no offence love that too) Come to Glasgow, please ❤️

19/05/2026: One of the most famous pizzerias in Naples, and I went just before lunch so there was no wait. The staff were really cool and friendly. Their margherita was excellent, and the tiramisu is definitely worth mentioning too. For me, though, the Apennini was just okay, I think the Carnevale would’ve been the better choice. Overall, it’s a really nice restaurant with great pizza, and the ricotta-stuffed crust was a nice twist.

18/05/2026: Delicious pizzas with a thin, light crust. The recipes are simple, but some can be quite original, especially the star-shaped pizzas with ricotta. It's often crowded, but the wait is worth it! Come during off-peak hours, after 2 pm or around 10 pm, to try and avoid a longer wait outside!

30/06/2026: The meat is good and the atmosphere is relaxed. I recommend it.

28/06/2026: Fantastic is an understatement. Good wines, excellent selection of meats served by Bacchus himself. Lucullan lunch. I went twice in 5 days. Worth it, hippie hippie, hurray!

30/05/2026: From the first day we visited Villa Giusso, we realized that it is a place where time has stood still, a time when attention to detail and wholesome hospitality towards guests still represent significant values. Mrs. Giovanna, direct heir to the Giusso family, is the perfect hostess, opening the doors of her home to us and our guests with extreme generosity. The maitre d', Domenico, is highly competent and helpful, always able to advise us and promptly handle even last-minute unexpected events. Our reception was appreciated by all our guests, both for the elegance of the villa and the unquestionable quality of the dishes, expertly cooked and made with excellent ingredients. The magic of Villa Giusso lies in the timeless charm of a place that tells a story in every stone and in the refined and attentive welcome of Mrs. Giovanna, who is a true hostess and not merely the manager of a wedding venue. 24/05/2026: We had an amazing experience staying at the monastery hotel. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and full of history and spirituality. Spending the night there made the experience even more special — the atmosphere is calm, unique, and truly unforgettable. The hotel itself was incredible, very comfortable, and perfectly integrated with the charm of the monastery. Waking up surrounded by such a special setting was a privilege. Definitely a place we would recommend and love to visit again.

01/02/2026: A real Italian restaurant. Locals come here, so you know you're in good hands. The staff is super friendly and even wanted to take a picture with us. It was wonderful to have a real Naples pizza. It's a small, open pizza kitchen that, by Dutch standards, doesn't look very tidy, but those are often the best restaurants.

27/05/2026: I would save space in your stomach for some of the better food around. There were 3 in our party and the waiter took the first order then left the other 2 without taking theirs. Thought he was joking at first but he wasn’t and we had to call him back so the other 2 could order. The starter and main courses were brought out together within minutes of ordering which was unexpected. We left half our food as it was so underwhelming and just not worth eating. Also a €2 per person coperto which included literally 2 pieces of bread when there were 3 of us. No condiments or parmesan offered at all.

26/05/2026: It was okay, but not the quality we've had in Naples so far. The ragu was very salty, the risotto bland, and there was no olive oil for the salad. The location, of course, is very typical: loud and lively.

13/06/2026: We celebrated my son's communion, what can I say, a beautiful location, delicious food, top service, courteous and helpful staff, everything taken care of down to the smallest details, I highly recommend it 💯

03/07/2026: Excellent food with excellent, attentive service. On our first evening in Meta, we visited this small beach resort with a restaurant below the Alimuri Hotel. We were delighted with the quality, prices, and service. The next day, we returned for lunch. The baked snapper and spaghetti with clams were truly excellent!

02/05/2026: This cuisine is truly exquisite. You have to wait a bit, but it's worth it. It's a little cramped, but it's not a picnic.

01/09/2025: We stayed in the apartments at the end of August, and our stay was incredibly surprising: the view is breathtaking, the service, quality, and food at the restaurant below the accommodation are wonderful. There's a homely atmosphere, and the courtesy, kindness, hospitality, and beauty of the location set this place apart. Getting around is easy with public transportation, always available, with two stops just steps from the apartment, or by scooter. Sole Nascente is located on the side of the island with the most interesting places to visit, such as Sorgente Bay, Citara Beach, Forio, and Sant'Angelo. I recommend dining at the agriturismo to admire the seascape, which is also clearly visible from the apartments. If we were to return to Ischia, this would be our first choice.

12/08/2025: The place is very family-friendly, with various rooms and beautiful views, but with some details that are lacking in maintenance. The service lacks empathy for new customers. It's a local restaurant where everyone already knows where to eat, but for tourists, they should offer options and recommendations about the restaurant. However, what we ordered (already recommended by other locals) was divine... excellent cuisine.
