16/04/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant. We received a very warm welcome and sat on the terrace with our party of six. The waiter was attentive and spoke French. The dishes were delicious (ravioli, seafood pasta, fish, squid, lemon pasta). The desserts were also very good (panna cotta, tiramisu, lemon sorbet, chocolate cake).

03/05/2026: Absolutely amazing, nothing that could be improved. Setting beautiful, classic with eclectic accents, formal but relaxed, chef walking around and engaging with his guests the whole evening, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and then the food.
We got the 10 course menu which was a little much, but wouldn’t have wanted to miss any course. There were an additional two appetizers and dessert as well. A real journey of different tastes, combinations and textures. Some surprising some more recognizable but all excellently prepared and beautifully presented.
They were very flexible and adapted some dishes for my gluten-free intolerance, without making me feel difficult or having me miss out on anything. Highly highly recommend, great value for money and will definitely be returning!

27/03/2026: I went their with my boyfriend for his birthday. The location was very nice on a little hill overlooking the lake. The service and food were just outstanding, we enjoyed everything we tried. The chef came to our table to greet us and even explained some of the dishes which was very cool and made our day. We highly recommend :)

11/06/2026: The place is homey and welcoming. You can tell the owners are passionate about it. There's love in everything. I don't drink alcohol, so I asked them to make me a non-alcoholic version of Aperol, and it was delicious. It had been a long time since I'd enjoyed a drink somewhere so much. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I'd love to go back. I'd give it more stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

14/04/2026: My boyfriend and I had dinner here. We ordered two starters, and the value for money was spot on. They were really good and different from the usual. The meat was also very good, and they have a wide selection of wines.

16/04/2026: For me, it's simply one of the best restaurants I've ever been to, and everyone I've had the pleasure of dining with there agrees.
The last time we were there was on Easter Sunday, the 26th, and we had mixed mushroom and truffle crostini, sliced beef, lamb, and two first courses. We drank very well, and it wasn't a huge deal.
When we want to treat ourselves, Cinon is one of the places that always comes to mind.

14/06/2026: It was a hidden gem of a restaurant I discovered near Piazza Santa Trinita. First off, the service from the staff was superb. Also, keeping truffle pasta warm until the very last bite is crucial for preserving its aroma and flavor, and the warm Mugello truffle pasta I had there left a lingering scent and taste in my mouth even the next day. From the dolce that balanced sweetness and freshness to the Korean-style iced Americano for a palate cleanser, everything was perfect, from the meal to the dessert.
It was a restaurant worthy of captivating travelers looking for a delicious pasta spot in Florence. I highly recommend it!
