29/01/2025: Update: I was contacted immediately by the venue due to the misunderstanding that had arisen as the cake service applies to larger groups of people. We clarified, I really appreciated their apologies and willingness to make amends! I would like to point out that I have never had any problems in all these years, always nice and friendly, until what happened a few days ago which says a lot about their correctness and transparency. I personally booked (and not on the phone) a table for the following week for 5 people, specifying that I would bring a cake for my birthday. They didn't tell me anything more about the cake, but for my own sake, on the evening of the party I called to ask if I should have brought saucers or anything else and they replied that they would do everything themselves, omitting for the second time that I would have paid for a cake service. of €15. In all these years, a similar situation has never happened to me in any venue where I have ever celebrated, so such information cannot be taken for granted. My fault was not checking the receipt at the time, trusting it, looking at it only after a few days of having left it in the bag, otherwise I would have immediately contested what was omitted on both occasions. The problem is not paying, but the lack of transparency of this situation.

29/12/2024: I chose this place to celebrate my graduation and was immediately enchanted by it. The location in question has an incredible view, the swimming pool is open all year round, and is an integral part of Villa Mercede, a jewel at the entrance to Frascati, one of my favorite areas of the Castelli Romani. The professionalism of the maître Nicola makes "La cucina con vista" a restaurant of great prominence; he assisted me at all times, making sure my guests were comfortable and enjoying the event, it was as if he was watching over us. All the staff are extremely kind and friendly, in line with the elegance of the venue. The refined and tasty food was the confirmation of having chosen the right restaurant and which I would recommend a million times to everyone, not only to celebrate events but also to spend a quiet evening enjoying a splendid view. Congratulations again to all the staff, well deserved. Keep it up! ❤️

01/12/2024: I give 5 stars because I don't want the review score to be lowered.. I respect all activities and people who work.. The cuisine needs to be totally improved... I thought it would be better... it's really a shame because I would go back... staff friendly, clean room with panoramic view.. Unfortunately I question the quality of the dishes prepared... tasteless and lukewarm.. My advice but it matters little.. change the menu!!

I really liked the Fiorentina: perfect cooking, tender and tasty meat (probably also thanks to the maturation). Friendly and fast service.

27/01/2025: Splendid place near the cathedral, the place calls you with its good music and traditional decoration. We had already eaten but we wanted to have an aperol, looking at the menu we decided to eat a little more and the truth is that everything was delicious. We tried the broquetta and a pasta dish. Both the owner and the waiters are very friendly, we were even treated to a shot of limoncello at the end of the meal. 100% recommended!

20/01/2025: If there was the possibility I would give 10 stars! My daughter and I had dinner and were thrilled with both the divinely cooked dishes and the place. The waitress is friendly and helpful, the price is more than honest for the service received and the care taken with the dishes.

Unfortunately the lovage risotto didn't taste like lovage at all and the lemon was too persistent. It was a lemon risotto and not lovage. Portions too too small. With €170 for dinner you leave hungry. Wide choice of wines. I wouldn't go back.
