11/01/2025: Carbonara strong flavor but incredible! The best we have tried, fettuccine with Bolognese ragù, very delicious too.

10/01/2025: It is a place with a lot of fame and a lot of positive reviews, certainly, which made me go there. The owner is very nice and explains the food to you if possible in your language, he must be very used to travelers. The carbonara warns you that it is very "strong", which is the Roman style. It really is very salty. The guaciale is just right and the pasta is al dente, but because it is so salty the paste becomes dense and heavy.

Gluten-free and lactose-free parmigiana, handmade gluten-free scialatielli with Taggiasca olives, cherry tomatoes and capers, seared sesame tuna on a bed of seasonal vegetables, and a wonderful and delicious gluten-free and lactose-free lemon delight. All really delicious.. I highly recommend it

04/02/2025: Last night a dinner in a very well-kept and refined place in the setting but this does not make the dishes presented by Mrs. Patrizia less important, very kind and helpful. An appetizer of local cold cuts and cheeses, to then continue with very delicious second courses. We concluded with the torta del lupo, a very good local confectionery product. I hope to return.

02/02/2025: Nice environment. The courses did not correspond to those ordered on the menu but above all it was cheap stuff packaged in supermarkets. The owner did not demonstrate any professionalism when we complained about the poor quality of the food, in fact she was very good at making us pay a very high bill. NEVER see each other again

Nunca he escrito una crítica antes, pero la experiencia fue tan buena que he seguido pensando en ellos y me siento obligado a dar las gracias. El servicio era genial - especialmente Massimo - y aunque llegamos muy tarde para el almuerzo, cuando todos los demás se habían ido, sacaron todas las paradas para hacernos bienvenidos. La comida era deliciosa y también el postre, algunos de los cuales (los pasteles) nos regalaron después. Recomiendo encarecidamente una visita, especialmente si viaja por la carretera.

06/01/2025: We were in Molina for three days shortly after New Year's Eve. There we were recommended the Tipi Tipici, where we ate for three evenings. Given the quality of the food, we had no desire to eat elsewhere but tried half the menu. From the pasta dishes to the fish and meat dishes to the pizzas, we really enjoyed everything. I particularly liked the ravioli with asparagus, bacon and saffron sauce. The game dishes were also fantastic. The whole thing was served to us by two very nice waitresses, service was also fantastic! Thanks again for that! Last but not least, we found the prices more than reasonable. We also found it very nice that our dogs were also welcome. If we come close again, we will stop there again. The prices below refer to drinks, first and second courses.

12/01/2025: I have had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant a couple of times. Very nice atmosphere, well-kept large outdoor space. Also accessible for disabled people. Very friendly prepared staff. The chef interacts with customers and is attentive to their needs. Excellent food, beautiful presentation, the only small note is that for my palate some dishes were a little salty but certainly very good. I highly recommend!
