18/05/2025: An incredible discovery, even two hours away! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yesterday my partner and I discovered this place by chance on Instagram, struck by the inviting photos... and without even realizing that it was two hours away from our house! But we were too curious, so we decided to go on an adventure. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed with kindness and a refined atmosphere. We started with sushi: each dish was a surprise for the palate, with very fresh fish and original combinations, truly of the highest quality. Then we let ourselves be tempted by the cacio e pepe frittatina - a real delight, creamy and tasty just right. Even though we had already ordered several things, we couldn't leave without trying the pizza too... and it was the icing on the cake: light dough, perfect cooking and selected ingredients. An experience worth every kilometer traveled. We will definitely be back!

18/05/2025: A spectacular discovery! Extremely kind and knowledgeable staff, young atmosphere and truly innovative proposal. My girlfriend and I tried both the pizza and the sushi - it might seem like a heavy combination, but I assure you that each dish was light and balanced. The flavors won us over to the point of wanting to try almost the entire menu 😁 Highly recommended!

01/05/2025: We are a Sardinian couple and we have always wanted to go and try this place since it was in the old location. After years we finally tried it and since then we continue to go there and recommend it to friends. Delicious and carefully cooked dishes, decidedly fair waiting times between one course and another. They have a variety of very good local wines available and always know how to recommend the best to you. The service leaves no room for complaints, they are always kind, friendly and welcoming. The environment itself is very quiet, even when the place is full. There are several tables but given the quality of the place I always book in advance. 😊 I would like to recommend one dish in particular but it's all good. Last time I took the cod as a starter and the sea bass au gratin as a second course, while my son finished his huge plate of orecchiette. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟 they are more than deserved.

18/05/2025: Great and attentive serving staff. Food was very good, especially the bruschetta, the tomatoes so fresh and tasty. Great wine selection and staff have a good knowledge of the wines on offer. Nice internal and external seating areas.

03/05/2025: Super good yet casual restaurant. I love when restaurants have superior standards, yet welcoming „ordinary people“. We had a 4 courses Michelin standard meal with fitting wines for a very affordable price. The staff was very kind. Absolute recommendation! Thank you for having us.

02/05/2025: We were here for lunch the first time for Easter, so we ate what was included in the fixed menu of the day... what can I say, my palate was already satisfied by this super tasty appetizer in its simplicity.... the menu and dishes were in harmony with each other, the choice of wine with the help of the dining room staff put the icing on the cake for a super lunch!!! The only flaw is that it's a little difficult to find parking, but unfortunately the area is what it is.... absolutely worth a try!!!

17/05/2025: Friendly approach and very fresh food, fair prices (for two, appetizers, main courses, water, dessert, coffee and two glasses €87), the pleasant outdoor environment, is accompanied by a beautiful garden and view of the lake that complete the picture. The private parking is priceless! Great both in the kitchen and in the service!

11/05/2025: Recommended by a relative, the result was above expectations. Lake fish for me and excellent vegan options for my wife. Adequate wine list. Impeccable service, elegant and private setting. Very satisfied, I will certainly return.

25/04/2025: We love meat and this restaurant offers very good quality at fair prices. I had the filet al pepe and my wife had the tasty rump steak from Abruzzo. Perfectly grilled medium rare. The contorni are good, plentiful and tasty. The bottle of white wine was delicious for €14. The dessert was also good. Our recommendation

25/04/2025: Nice place, half bar, half restaurant, you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always friendly, all nice guys 😉 I still recommend dinner, nice menu with good proposals. 😉

29/04/2025: We had a wonderful experience at Sabatini in Trastevere! The atmosphere was charming, and the service made it even better. Our waiter Roberto was incredibly funny and friendly, making us feel right at home. It was also a great surprise when the chef came out personally to ask if everything was alright — a lovely touch that showed how much they care. The food was delicious, and we truly felt welcomed. Highly recommended!

25/04/2025: Found by chance, really small and very intimate restaurant, super friendly waitress and owner present in the room. There is no way to reserve a table, you arrive and wait, you won't regret it, it's certainly worth it! Traditional cuisine, like at grandma's house on Sundays. For three people Baked au gratin gnocchi Pasta, potatoes and space provola Pasta with Neapolitan ragù complete with meat on the plate A slice of caprese Strawberries Two coffees Waterfall Coca The smile of the staff even on a public holiday 25 euros Twenty-five euros Incredible I can't think of it Absolutely worth returning

30/04/2025: Ci eravamo stati l'anno scorso, e ci siamo tornati quest'anno... Ambiente piccolo e sobrio. Ben curato e gestito bene. Qualsiasi piatto si ordini, è assicurato l'ottimo esito: tutto buono e fresco. Un piccolo gradino all'entrata non ostacola eccessivamente l'accesso a disabili. Inaccessibili i servizi igienici.

28/04/2025: I'm not a fan of pizza in general but I loved the pizza slices at Liento. They are delicious, tasty, soft, and original, I went back twice in 2 days. And the young woman who served us (she worked Saturday evening and Sunday evening) is so nice, I recommend 100%!

12/04/2025: Absolute MUST visit. It’s a very chill place with the most AMAZING pizza and Gnocchi! There is an amazing atmosphere and it says a lot that most people eating here are the locals. I can recommend the truffle pizza! I would go to Rome again just for that pizza. 😍🤌
