02/05/2026: A family restaurant with interesting, original and delicious pizzas and perfect dough! The other dishes are also delicious. I especially recommend the pizza with leeks and purple onions, I have never tasted pizza like this! The food arrives in a very reasonable time, the service is excellent, the waitress is nice and patient and the atmosphere in the place is good and pleasant. We had a great time, thank you!

08/04/2026: We went there for dinner during a visit to the city for the Christmas markets. Searching online, I found it recommended along with others, but in the end we chose this one. The restaurant consists of several rooms; the one where we dined is the largest and, I think, the oldest, as the decor is refined and elegant but not exactly modern. The room itself is worth a visit, as it's on the lower level and architecturally beautiful. But most importantly, I had a truly wonderful dinner; the appetizer and main course were truly excellent. The venison was more than delicious, second only to the cured meats served as an appetizer, and to finish, a typical Trentino dessert that I'll never forget. The prices are fair, making it a great option for a relaxing, good meal in the center of Trento.

08/05/2026: One of the best restaurants in terms of quality, presentation, and hospitality. We were incredibly surprised by the seafood pasta, which was plentiful and cooked to perfection. Not to mention the fried fish, which was delicious. A place we will definitely return to if we have the chance. Kudos to the owner and her daughter for the care and attention they put into what they do.

04/05/2026: I recommend it; it's relatively inexpensive (prices usually range from €8-€13 per dish). The owner practically beckons you in (at least outside peak hours—we were there on a Saturday around 12-1 p.m., before siesta, there's no siesta here). She's very nice and welcoming.

05/04/2026: We went there last night and had such a beautiful experience. First of all, the food was so so good. You can really tell the ingredients are high quality and that everything is homemade. We were honestly impressed from the first bite. Special mention for the russian salad, best one I ever had. But what really made the experience special was the service and attention to detail. Everything was just flawless. It’s been a long time since I felt this taken care of in a restaurant. They truly go the extra mile… even our dog got little treats with a sweet note, which was such a cute touch 🥹 We were spoiled from beginning to end, with an aperitif at the start and even moscato offered at the end. The team was incredibly kind, attentive, caring, and always smiling. This is definitely an address I would recommend with my eyes closed.

17/03/2026: Every forkful was an experience, you could clearly distinguish all the flavors that made up the dish: the cuttlefish appetizer, with the crunchiness of perfectly cooked cuttlefish, combined with the sweetness of carrots, the freshness of fennel, and the bittersweetness of broad beans. The cod was amazing, both wrapped in a light and flavorful frying and baked in a gratin as delicious as the shortcrust pastry. That sweet cherry tomato was the icing on the cake. I truly enjoyed it. I dined alone and the welcome was kind and warm. They offered me a pre-appetizer and an additional appetizer on top of the one I had just because it "deserved to be tasted." Indeed, that fried cod will remain in my heart, and the purple cabbage pairs perfectly with it! I suggest you indulge in a meal at the osteria. It reminded me of summertime, with fresh fish dishes and the perfect way to ensure there's nothing wrong with the dish. They even offered dessert, so why not since "it's almost Father's Day"? The cream was delicious, and I found myself wiping the bottom of the plate with my finger, where a bit of cream had remained, just waiting to be eaten. A restaurant where you can be sure of a meal and enjoy every little detail of the dinner. Thank you so much again for the kind service ☺️
