28/08/2025: We had a very good meal here; the staff is particularly friendly and attentive. The pizza selection is wonderful, including pizzas with whole-wheat dough, which are also very tasty. The toppings are regional and very generous.

25/08/2025: The owner gave me a warm welcome. The atmosphere was family-friendly with lovely background music. The beef strips with sautéed vegetables were truly delicious! I returned after four years and, in addition to the excellent food, I still found the same friendly and welcoming atmosphere, so much so that I dined there two nights in a row!

25/08/2025: We discovered this place by chance; don't be put off by the exterior, because once inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised and satisfied. The cuisine features typical regional dishes, including Polish ones, cooked with passion. We recommend the braised duck, asparagus and bacon ravioli, and a wonderful pavlova. We'll definitely return to Betti, where we found friendliness and simplicity.

01/08/2025: Dinner for two at a restaurant that promises much but only partially delivers. The appetizers offered an interesting sampling: some dishes were fresh and well-thought out, others lacking flavor and texture. The portions? Truly minimal, almost symbolic—even for a single person. The first courses weren't convincing: fresh ingredients, yes, but the preparation failed to showcase them. The same goes for dessert: good intentions, poorly executed. The high prices would only be justified by the overall higher quality. Good service, no complaints: courteous and attentive without being intrusive.

29/07/2025: I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night. The service was quick despite the place being crowded. The waiter who served us was very kind, and the food was excellent. We all ordered starters, and the portions were just right. The dessert was also very good and plentiful.

28/07/2025: The historic village is very welcoming, the staff is excellent, very knowledgeable, and passionate. The dishes exceed expectations, with excellent flavors! Despite the tourism, this place remains unchanged in its essence. Highly recommended.

The wine recommendation was very good and we enjoyed the wine. We returned 2 days later and had the same wonderful experience. Sadly we must return home so cannot return to Matisse but would highly recommend it. Grazie.

It never disappoints; everything is perfect, with a menu that's meticulously crafted in both quality and presentation. The staff is professional and attentive.
