28/04/2025: I'm not a fan of pizza in general but I loved the pizza slices at Liento. They are delicious, tasty, soft, and original, I went back twice in 2 days. And the young woman who served us (she worked Saturday evening and Sunday evening) is so nice, I recommend 100%!

17/03/2025: Seguendo le recensioni positive , abbiamo prenotato la cena in questo ristorante ,e non possiamo far altro che confermare l'ottima impressione . Cena con amici, soddisfattissimi, la cameriera gentilissima e professionale , il titolare affabile ottimo host ci ha consigliato pietanze, ci ha dato dritte di pasticcerie favolose in centro a Trapani. Cous cous di pesce superlativo , antipasto misto pesce sfizioso, vario e molto invitante , grigliata di calamari e polipo da 10 , e per concludere cheese cake scomposto della cuoca , una vera delizia per il palato , si è sciolto in bocca ed è finito troppo velocemente . Non ultimo , ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo lo consigliamo a tutti !

23/04/2025: I've been there on 3 occasions: a mega table with colleagues, as a couple and a table with friends. Always ate and drank very well. The ceviche with red fruits is a must try! The prices are correct considering the quality of the food and wine.

12/04/2025: Absolute MUST visit. It’s a very chill place with the most AMAZING pizza and Gnocchi! There is an amazing atmosphere and it says a lot that most people eating here are the locals. I can recommend the truffle pizza! I would go to Rome again just for that pizza. 😍🤌

12/05/2025: La posizione in cima ad una collina tra i vigneti è perfetta, oltre a questo il nulla. La sala è fastidiosamente rumorosa, nessun accorgimento è stato adottato per migliorare il confort acustico della clientela, a fine pranzo ero afono per quanto ho dovuto parlare ad alta voce per farmi sentire da che era seduto a fianco, il servizio è cortese, veloce, ma per nulla professionale, la conoscenza delle regole base su come si portano i piatti, il pane, le posate in tavola non sono a conoscenza di nessun cameriere presente in sala. I piatti, nonostante seguano la tradizione Piemontese, quindi ricette ben conosciute in zona, erano tutti senz' anima, non portavano alcun piacere nel momento in cui venivano consumati, una cucina facile da dimenticare.

16/04/2025: I only now realize that I have never reviewed Simone's place.... perhaps because you feel so comfortable there that it's as if you feel at home. Very well-kept place, amazing wine cellar and raw materials of unquestionable quality. Each dish or glass is carefully explained to you and recommended with the right wine. The passion that Simone has for wines is passed on to the diners and makes you appreciate everything even better. The staff is always courteous and prepared, always available and attentive. The lord of Porcini mushrooms is here, when they are found they are always fresh and prepared in various ways. The meats, the jewel in the crown, are brought to the table with the stone to finish cooking to your liking, combined with particular salts and oils. My daughter doesn't like to eat meat, ... when she feels like it she tells me to call Simone and he'll take care of it.... and here she can even eat tartare.. The delicious desserts. Prices, for the quality offered and the service, excellent. I highly recommend the prive', for a special evening.

07/04/2025: Conosciamo Simone, sommelier professionista, ormai da diversi anni. Il suo locale è cambiato nel tempo ed è diventato unico nel suo genere e caratteristico per la cucina di carne e del territorio. Tipici i funghi: porcini ed ovoli buoni. Ricchi taglieri e bruschette assortite per gli antipasti. Primi locali. Secondi con un ampia scelta di varietà di carni accompagnata da contorni semplici, ma di ottima fattura. Meritano i dolci curati da Domenico. Non si può non citare la lista dei vini: una delle più ricche ed aggiornate della zona. COMPLIMENTI!

10/05/2025: Buon ristorante di pesce, personale gentile e professionale, non invadente, attento, piatti molto sfiziosi, qualità ottima, da provare... Meglio la prenotazione in quanto spesso è pieno (soprattutto i fine settimana). Prezzi equilibrati tra qualitò/prezzo.

19/04/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance, but were impressed by the atmosphere and luckily got the last available table without making a reservation. The restaurant was mainly visited by locals. The salmon tart as a starter was a poem and the au gratin fillet of sea bass was also incredibly good. The house wine went very well with it. I can highly recommend the sorbetto as a dessert. The service was courteous and extremely friendly.

11/05/2025: Un ristorante stellato dove torniamo sempre volentieri: ogni volta ci sorprende, incanta e soddisfa fino all’ultimo piatto. Contrariamente a quanto si pensa, non si esce affamati, ma appagati nel corpo e nella mente. Un’esperienza gastronomica completa, da provare e riprovare!

21/04/2025: We were impressed by the Vecchio Ristoro in Aosta. The 5-course menu was sensational, every single course was a culinary masterpiece. Excellent quality ingredients provided one culinary delight after another through excellent craftsmanship and creativity. The risotto was one of the best, if not the best, we have ever tried. The fantastic kitchen performance was perfectly complemented by the professional, attentive and courteous service. The elegant ambience of the former mill was very appealing, but the only criticism of our lunch was the room temperature. It was far too cold and we were freezing after a short time. Apart from that, the restaurant is a crystal clear recommendation. For us it is one of the very best 1 star restaurants we have visited in Italy so far and worth every penny.
