I wasn't sold on the tagliatelle made with blueberries and topped with venison ragù, either because of the look of the sauce or the flavor of the pasta. The Moena puzzone canederli were very good.

Dined outside after making a reservation (recommended) Server was spectacular. Recommended dishes, wines, very knowledgeable . Ostrich was just plain fun, Spaghetti Due Mori was some of the best pasta we’ve eaten in a month in Italy. Summer salads were crisp, fresh, and delicious. Fresh house-made apple strudel topped off a wonderful Trento dinner.

The food was very good, with great taste and quality ingredients. The dishes were well prepared and enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The experience felt stressful, and the staff did not seem attentive or organized, which took away from the overall meal. While I would recommend the restaurant for its food, I hope they improve their service to match the quality of the cuisine.

We had dinner at this lovely restaurant in the center of Trento. The atmosphere was very welcoming. For starters, we had a delicious charcuterie board. Then came the tagliatelle with roe deer and a fantastic ostrich steak. The meat was tender and very flavorful. We finished with an excellent raspberry tart. The price was reasonable, and the owner was truly friendly, with whom we chatted for a moment while enjoying a complimentary liqueur. Recommended.
