We went there for dinner during a visit to the city for the Christmas markets. Searching online, I found it recommended along with others, but in the end we chose this one. The restaurant consists of several rooms; the one where we dined is the largest and, I think, the oldest, as the decor is refined and elegant but not exactly modern. The room itself is worth a visit, as it's on the lower level and architecturally beautiful. But most importantly, I had a truly wonderful dinner; the appetizer and main course were truly excellent. The venison was more than delicious, second only to the cured meats served as an appetizer, and to finish, a typical Trentino dessert that I'll never forget. The prices are fair, making it a great option for a relaxing, good meal in the center of Trento.

We discovered this place somewhat by accident. From the outside, it looked very small, and we thought we wouldn't be able to find a table since we hadn't booked, but we were surprised by the fact that there are several rooms. The food is delicious; I had a great time, but my partner wasn't particularly fond of it. The desserts were very good, but it's a shame there's no menu; the waiter lists them for us. It's a very beautiful and charming place. The only "problem" we encountered was that there was no phone service in the room where we were sitting (neither Wi-Fi nor landline).

Excellent welcome, food with quality raw materials

We celebrated my daughter's graduation and wanted to delight our guests with typical Trentino dishes, and our choices were matched by the restaurant's (very meticulously designed) website. Communication was quick, responsive, and very friendly (from Bari-Trento), and I must say they fully respected our agreement. The restaurant: very well-kept, elegant, with ironed and fragrant tablecloths, soft lighting, and very soft background music. The staff was VERY polite, and the food was simply outstanding: carefully prepared, delicate, and plentiful dishes, with new cutlery for each course; TOP. Excellent wine pairing.

We were looking for a place to try something typical from Trentino, and we were absolutely right! Two of my friends and I were delighted with the excellent food, delicious wine, and friendly staff.

A lovely restaurant near Buonconsiglio Castle. Neat, clean, and welcoming. Friendly staff. Service didn't take long. The dish we enjoyed was venison morsels with Storo polenta. Excellent. Tender, flavorful, and delicate. We were in the dining room below, enjoying lunch in a relaxing atmosphere.
