21/04/2025: Quiet environment, friendly staff. All in all it was a pleasant evening, in the company of friends. The only thing that personally didn't drive me crazy was some dishes, for example potatoes with spiced meat I found it very heavy, (if there had been some vegetables, it would have been more balanced, obviously personal taste). The egg cooked at low temperature was a spectacle, as was the pork stew.

15/05/2025: A real tavern. The environment seems frozen in time, yet cozy and welcoming. I tried their crostoni as an appetizer and they were excellent, in all versions. What I liked the most, however, was the gramigna with sausage: really not to be missed! For those looking for a historic place in Bologna, then this is the right place.

15/05/2025: VERGOGNA ! State alla larga da quei 2 truffatori! Se portate una bottiglia di vino da casa, la portano in cucina , tolgono il vino buono dalla vostra bottiglia e ne mettono uno scadente dentro per poi portarvela al tavolo. Su tripadvisor le recensioni negative sono poche perche’ la moglie del titolare le cancella( ho visto farlo in prima persona). Se qualcuno segue il titolare sui social, non fatevi ingannare dalle sue frequenti visite a Dubai per degustazioni o altro perché va lì solo a perdere tempo e a far finta di essere uno chef stellato. Guardando bene i video va lì a non fare nulla , fingendosi solamente cio’ che non è. È tutta una montatura. Oltretutto, il ristorante è aperto a suo piacimento( alcuni giorni sì, altri no) e questo fa gia’ capire che sia tutta una presa in giro , un teatrino ben costruito. FATEVI APRIRE LA BOTTIGLIA AL TAVOLO E NON FATEVI FREGARE. Quando ci sono stato 2 volte e ho chiesto di aprirle davanti a me sono stato guardato male solo perché non hanno potuto fregarmi. VERGOGNATEVI !

16/05/2025: Disappointing Service Despite a Beautiful Terrace This morning we went to the Seehotel Sparer on Lake Montiggler to have coffee on the beautiful terrace. Although only about 4-5 tables were occupied at 9:45 a.m., we had a hard time finding a clean spot – most of the tables had been cleared but were still visibly dirty. We sat down anyway and waited – but no one came. After about 15 minutes, I went to the bar to order directly. A lady told me she would be right there. Another 10 minutes passed without anything happening. When I went back to the bar, the same lady (with a foreign accent) told me I could serve myself. When I asked why she hadn't mentioned it right away, she said she had to bring egg dishes to other guests and was busy. I fully understand that hot dishes like egg dishes need to be served quickly – but a quick reminder would have been enough, and we would have just moved on. Instead, she said we could go to the neighboring café, where we could also get a coffee. I politely replied that that was a good idea – but they could have told us that half an hour ago. We actually went to the neighboring café and were greeted very warmly – our latte macchiato was served quickly and with a smile. Conclusion: The place is beautiful, but the service at the Seehotel Sparer unfortunately disappointed us.

27/04/2025: Quando incontri una accuratissima ricerca di tutti i prodotti, puoi solo che consigliare una visita alla locanda. Dagli antipasti strepitosi primi eccezionali. Carni veramente ricercate non è facile trovare di meglio. Location e personale ottimo. X non parlare della splendida selezione di vini. Complimenti ragazzi.

09/05/2025: We had this in our list and came close to missing it. The meals were incredible each one that passed our table better than the last. The wines were delicious and the desert amazing with the sticky wine to end the meal was the best. The staff were so friendly and welcoming to us. We loved it.

04/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale più volte, situato appena fuori dalle mura. Bella pizzeria, con numerosi posti a sedere, la pizza è davvero molto molto buona. La scelta di pizze è vasta, la pizza è quella napoletana. Come antipasto consiglio il tris di pizze fritte, superlative. Ottimi prezzi e servizio veloce. Conviene prenotare perché è sempre pieno.

The service is truly friendly, polite and welcoming, it never embarrasses the guest and never puts pressure on orders. The prices are super honest. I'll be back
