28/06/2025: A very good restaurant with very traditional, family-style cuisine. We really enjoyed ourselves, the food was generous and made with fresh ingredients. The service was a bit slow when it was busy, but the staff was very pleasant and friendly. The restaurant is well located, tucked away in the countryside with a lovely view of the hills.

05/07/2025: Top restaurant in Monopoli, I come very often and everything is always delicious. It has a menu that changes according to the season, with dishes studied in the smallest details with flavors that are not at all obvious. I recommend everyone to try it at least once, it will certainly be inevitable to return, all this also thanks to Enzo who makes you feel as if you were at home.

22/06/2025: Excellent pizza and warm service in a beautiful setting. Whether pizza, pasta, arrosticini, or tagliata—everything is always excellent. A big compliment to the entire team! We'll be back again and again :)

04/06/2025: Today, five of us went there for the first time, and we were all very satisfied! The salad with oranges, fennel, walnuts, and lamb's lettuce was very good; the pizza with crispy thin crust was delicious, as were the monkfish and truffle pasta, and the service was also excellent. We'd love to come back.

02/06/2025: We have been here to eat 3/4 times. We found a comfortable, friendly, welcoming, kind environment, the outside area is spacious and intimate. We ate excellent quality fish dishes and the pizza was excellent and light. On certain occasions they offer a small appetizer and at the end of the dinner there is always a sorbet offered. Large and convenient parking in front.

09/07/2025: Very tasty and creative vegan food. A twist on typical Italian dishes and other types of cuisine. Something for everyone!

02/07/2025: We tried the seitan kebab and also the seitan strips with veal tonné veg, a very good experiment and full of flavours, especially for the various sauces and gravies, to come back to taste the rest of the menu!

11/05/2025: Un ristorante stellato dove torniamo sempre volentieri: ogni volta ci sorprende, incanta e soddisfa fino all’ultimo piatto. Contrariamente a quanto si pensa, non si esce affamati, ma appagati nel corpo e nella mente. Un’esperienza gastronomica completa, da provare e riprovare!

21/04/2025: We were impressed by the Vecchio Ristoro in Aosta. The 5-course menu was sensational, every single course was a culinary masterpiece. Excellent quality ingredients provided one culinary delight after another through excellent craftsmanship and creativity. The risotto was one of the best, if not the best, we have ever tried. The fantastic kitchen performance was perfectly complemented by the professional, attentive and courteous service. The elegant ambience of the former mill was very appealing, but the only criticism of our lunch was the room temperature. It was far too cold and we were freezing after a short time. Apart from that, the restaurant is a crystal clear recommendation. For us it is one of the very best 1 star restaurants we have visited in Italy so far and worth every penny.
