06/04/2026: I booked for Easter just by looking at the reviews, since I'd never been to L'Aquila, and I wasn't disappointed. Excellent food, with a focus on local ingredients but also innovation, delicate and refined flavors, and excellent, attentive, and friendly service. Excellent, one of my best Easter lunches. N.B.: The dulcis venia was a small masterpiece of taste and beauty!

07/10/2025: This restaurant deserves more exposure! On our last day of our trip, we were looking for something to eat near our Airbnb and found MANGIO, and it was a wonderful way to end our trip on a high note. We received EXCELLENT service from Antônio and Anika, both very kind and with a wonderful energy. We were impressed by their professionalism and charisma. This alone says a lot about the place and significantly changes the restaurant experience. We ordered appetizers, drinks, and pasta dishes, and everything was wonderful, tasty, and in good quantities. It was a great experience. Thank you, Antônio and Anika.

02/12/2025: We've eaten there several times, whenever our itinerary allowed, because the pasta is delicious—a special mention goes to the stuffed ravioli and the arrabbiata sauce. The desserts are a delight, and the service is perfect. Always with a smile. Quality/price ratio: 10/10

The only flaw is that it's not very big, but it's nicely decorated with typical American signs and posters. The staff is very friendly and happy to offer recommendations on what to order. I'll definitely be back.

It's small inside, but very beautiful. I've been coming here for years and have always had excellent food. The hot dishes are excellent, too—a surefire way to please anyone. 10/10

22/03/2026: A small but worthy restaurant. The moment you enter, the welcome immediately makes you feel like you're in a peaceful environment. The menu is presented to you and the chef explains it to you, piquing your curiosity to try the delicacies he's created. We had the tartare, the foie gras, and—special mention for the slow-cooked egg—for its presentation and deliciousness. Next up was the tagliolini with shrimp and black garlic: wonderful. The sauces are simply mopping up the sauce. And the desserts? They're a feast for the eyes, a perfect end to a dinner that satisfies all the senses. I highly recommend it.

07/03/2026: I went last night with some friends. The place is elegant and discreet, the service is more than good, and what can I say about the food... delicious. We were all satisfied!! The price was average.

05/04/2026: We had dinner at this wonderful restaurant and had a truly positive experience. We ate wonderfully: the dishes were refined, and the pairings were harmonious and well-thought out. The appetizers, typical and plentiful, pave the way for excellent first and second courses, while the dessert was simply sublime. The atmosphere is welcoming, in perfect modern mountain style: warm and refined, with both indoor and outdoor seating, ideal for an aperitif in the winter. The staff stands out for their professionalism and courtesy, always present and attentive to every need. I particularly appreciated the care given to my little girl: they prepared a placemat for her to color with crayons, a simple yet extremely effective gesture to entertain the little ones and allow everyone to enjoy the evening in peace. This attention, in my opinion, truly makes a difference, further elevating an already high level of service. I'd also like to applaud the waiter, who I listened to as he explained the wine list with great expertise, accurately recommending the most suitable pairings. In conclusion, a wonderful experience. Kudos to the entire staff: we'll definitely be back.

18/04/2026: My favorite place ♥️ I come here every time I'm in Finale Ligure. The panissa is the best I've ever eaten. The fish is also very good. The owner is a kind, friendly, and helpful lady. Takeout and dine-in options are available, in a small room stocked with plenty of things (books and board games) to while away the time. What can I say? A must-visit every time I pass by.
