12/04/2025: Everything was a complete success. The welcome was warm, the room was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The cuisine is prepared with passion, the dishes are beautifully presented, full of history, and delicious. We had a wonderful time at Café Quison.

Curato in ogni piccolo dettaglio, camere molto pulite e originali negli arredi , noi avevamo la camera con la pergola in legno e l uva in ferro battuto, inoltre la stanza del sale è un valore aggiunto. Si respira aria di montagna e di ricordi. La colazione è ottima e di qualità con prodotti che promuovono la regione. Gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutta la famiglia. Cena a sorpresa nel ristorante molto particolare e "sorprendente" che segue la stagionalità, bisogna solo avvisare se vi sono alimenti non graditi. Consiglio per un soggiorno sia romantico che per regalarsi una coccola. Complimenti a questa famiglia che dedica tempo a questa attività facendolo con amore e trasmettendo la loro storia e la loro passione agli ospiti. Comodo sia per visitare il Monte Bianco che per vedere alcuni castelli o andare ad Aosta.

02/04/2025: An excellent pizzeria. The menu is extensive, made up of typical local products, including excellent kebabs plus a wide variety of pizzas with the possibility of choosing different doughs. The restaurant is large and in summer you can also eat outdoors. Highly recommended!

23/12/2024: Avevo molte aspettative su questo ristorante. E qualcuna è stata disattesa. Ci è piaciuto l'ambiente, il locale, la vista e ci sono piaciuti molto alcuni piatti del menu "in profondità ": le sfere sono state un'esplosione di sensazioni e ho trovato ottime le animelle al limone nero e l'insalatina selvaggia con sorbetto all'aceto di peperone, accompagnata da un delizioso pane croccante I piatti si sono caratterizzati per accostamenti insoliti e In alcuni abbiamo trovato una prevalenza di sapori forti , talora aspri e con note amare. Poco significativa e deludente la parte dessert. Pienamente d'accordo sul discorso natura, erbe, fiori eccetera, ma, per chi, come noi, è nato nella campagna e vissuto sempre in mezzo a prati e boschi, queste atmosfere sono normali. Ho letto tanto entusiasmo per Marta, che ha guidato la degustazione di diversi commensali. Noi l'abbiamo vista all'inizio e alla fine del nostro percorso. I nostri accompagnatori sono stati essenziali. Forse se avessimo avuto l'accompagnamento di Marta, avrebbe dato un senso ai vari piatti, ne avrebbe illustrato meglio le caratteristiche e avremmo potuto apprezzarli appieno.

02/11/2024: A modern gem in the middle of the Casentino forests. Restaurant with open kitchen and innovative approach while using local ingredients and partly grown by them. We also stayed in the adjoining farmhouse and had a great time finding excellent value for money (large room with fireplace and sauna). Excellent escape route in Emilia Romagna!

03/05/2025: We must start with the owner when writing this review. A good, kind person, who has the right passion for this job. His face looks like Einstein, fantastic. He doesn't want to sell you food at all costs but to make you eat well, two different concepts. Excellent bruschetta, toasted bread from the day before with oil and dried oregano in abundance, a rarity. Excellent legumes (who still cooks them nowadays in a tourist place?) proposed in soup with broccoli and carrots. Pasta with breadcrumbs and excellent pork sauce. And then he arrives, the mixed roast with different types of meat, an absolute delicacy. We got up full as never before, satiated and satisfied. It's like eating at grandma's but in a beautiful, elegant and above all truly authentic place. Fair prices in relation to the high quality, I recommend not overdoing it given the portions. I would like to go back

Excellent hospitality, kindness and refinement right from the start. Excellent service, attention to detail and details at the table which should never be taken for granted. Excellent food, we ordered different courses and each of us was positively surprised by the goodness of the dishes. Excellent cuisine and deserves full marks. The cost was limited despite the fish dishes and the two excellent bottles of both prosecco and wine, obviously excellent choice wineries. 5 stars well deserved. I invite everyone to book a table because it's worth it! It's worth a lot! Kisses to the staff

02/05/2025: I arrived from England a short time ago and I tasted the piadinas in Via Cremona from Laura at PUNTOFERMO and guys I recommend them to the top as they make a piadina piazza with raw photonica... I recommend it, thanks Laura, very friendly service

08/05/2025: Sunday lunch. I have to say that, overall, the experience was very positive. The location is designed with attention to detail, with a very specific stylistic choice... natural wooden tables, without tablecloth, which create a sober, warm atmosphere consistent with the context in which the restaurant is located. A detail that, in my opinion, contributes to defining the identity of the place. We opted for the four-course tasting menu. Although well executed, the proposals lacked a bit of variety: I found similar ingredients in all the courses, and I would have preferred a little more contrast or surprise between the dishes. That said, the cooking was well managed and the flavors harmonized with balance. The wine pairing was interesting and well thought out, coherently accompanying each course. The selection of cheeses is also very good. The dessert, however, was a little subdued: based on mango, which however did not shine in quality, but I recognize that in these cases a lot depends on the raw material available. The reason why I still give 5 stars is the overall experience, enhanced by impeccable service. The staff, young and attentive, took care of me with great professionalism (perhaps sensing that I am quite demanding). Despite some small criticisms, it is a restaurant that I recommend without hesitation. I will gladly return in the future to discover any changes to the menu.

04/05/2025: Third time at Zu. Second experience with the new management and second very pleasant surprise. Young but very knowledgeable environment. High level chef for ideas and care in the preparation of the dishes. Definitely worth trying again. Compliments.

03/05/2025: Everything was soooooo good!!!!!!! from the classic routine focaccias to the new focaccias proposed by the staff. Location created on the theme of the late character "TONY". Possibility of eating the various specialties on site. Personally I have tasted them all and defining the best one is a very difficult and arduous task. Try it yourself if you can***

28/04/2025: Delicious Apulian focaccia, excellent variety and good quality ingredients. For anyone in the area I highly recommend it. Very kind, a slightly vintage place but I recommend going there not for the location but for the true and genuine taste.

26/04/2025: Very high quality dinner in Senago. A little out of the way but worth it. Excellent aperitif in the cellar and very refined dishes at fair prices. Menu changes often, I recommend!!
