11/06/2025: This is one of the most outstanding restaurants I ever eaten at. Phenomenal cuisine from a creative chef. Beautiful ambience both in the outdoor and indoor dining areas. A very, very extensive wine list from thousands of bottles stored in the wine cellar. You cannot go wrong with any of the primi e secondi piatti.

A CORNER OF AUTHENTIC PIEDMONTESE TRADITION: DAI SALETTA, IN THE HEART OF TURIN As soon as you cross the threshold, you are welcomed by a warm and familiar atmosphere, where dark wood and rustic details create a simple environment but full of personality. The staff, always courteous and prepared, makes you feel immediately at home. The real protagonist, however, is the menu. During my visits I had the pleasure of tasting dishes that tell the story of the area: from grandmother's agnolotti with braised meat sauce, to the tender and fragrant braised meat in Barolo, to the desserts that taste like pampering from times gone by, such as zabaglione cream with torcetti di Lanzo or Gianduja ice cream, a tribute to the famous Turin chocolate. 04/07/2025: Hi, I'll start by saying that I can't make a comparison with other restaurants in the area as it was found by chance during the holiday. Our experience was really positive, the owner is very nice and kind, she made us feel at home from the first moment. The dishes we tried were delicious, not even remotely comparable to the same dishes tried near home. I hope to come back in the future to be able to stop by again. Thanks Have a good continuation

07/06/2025: Restaurant chosen on the suggestion of other motorcyclists. FANTASTIC! Despite being located in a "forced" post-earthquake location in Amatrice (a small "oasis of taste" that gathers several restaurants next to each other) the interior is very well-kept both aesthetically and in terms of cleanliness. The staff is very kind and hospitable, with particular attention also to us motorcyclists. As soon as we entered, the kind lady who welcomed us first took care of preparing a place where we could safely place our helmets next to our table and immediately indicated the toilet where we could "freshen up"; small attentions that however indicate the perfect hospitality dedicated to each individual customer. Even before ordering they brought us a "bruschetta" each with bread, oil and tomato, very good, then we tried an Amatriciana and a Gricia... SPECTACULAR! Large portions and noteworthy flavor. I would like to point out that on the way back from our trip to visit those lands, 1600 km in 4 days, I decided to extend the route by almost 50 km just to return the next day here again to taste the same dishes. I would also like to point out a convenient large parking lot right next to the restaurant and a remarkable quality-price ratio. Thanks again for making us feel much more than just passing customers.

03/06/2025: Gorgeous little spot with a fantastic wine selection, wonderful service, and delicious local fare. They even have gluten free pasta options! Try the local seasonal vegetable platter (a specialty of the house), it is fantastic!

06/05/2025: The location speaks for itself, perfect. They are very friendly and professional, great service and attention, especially for our young child. They have a great wine selection and the food is really good, if you are in Carpi and you want to eat well and regional this is the place to go.

Excellent dishes, quality and made with care. Highly recommended, especially the off-menu ones, interesting for changing from the classic and trying new things.
