Excellent food and nice portions, location for ceremonies, friendly staff, but quite expensive, which is why I'm staying at 4 stars. I strongly recommend it, but only if you have a well-stocked wallet

Location strepitosa Un casolare ristrutturato rispettando l’identità originale L’interno è magnifico Ho adorato il soffitto alto e l’enorme vetrata Il servizio è cordiale ed estremamente premuroso Il menu è composto da pochi piatti, tutti di grande personalità Noi abbiamo optato per il galletto ed i pici Per la scelta del vino ci siamo lasciati consigliare dal titolare, e non ci siamo pentiti Speriamo di tornare la prossima estate per goderci il magnifico dehor

Salino Restaurant & Wine Bar

25/07/2023: We have been to Florence many times, and eaten at many of the restaurants here, including the well known ones and many off the tourist path - we were here for one month and how lucky we were to find Salino - it is one of the best meals we have ever eaten in Florence. Key features: Carolina who served us is so warm and friendly, as is the chef. Remarkable and attentive service. The atmosphere is elegant but NOT stuffy - it is a smaller and incredibly beautiful place. And third, the food - truly outstanding - I have eaten many steaks in Florence, and this was categorically the best yet - but the pastas are also divine. Fabulous!!
