16/06/2025: Pasquinelli Restaurant Review – Berceto We had lunch at the Pasquinelli Restaurant in Berceto in a truly suggestive corner: in the shade of a persimmon tree, in a very well-kept and characteristic garden, in the heart of the village. A quiet and pleasant setting, which made the experience even more special. The appetizer immediately won us over: excellent quality cured meats accompanied by a fried spirulina cake, light and crunchy, truly original. The first courses confirmed the excellent level of the cuisine: super pappardelle with venison, very good tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and a delicate and well-creamed porcini risotto. The only shame was a misunderstanding with the service: after ordering the first courses, we were told that the second courses could be chosen at a later time, but when we made the request we were informed that the kitchen was now closed. An unpleasant detail, which could have been avoided with clearer communication. The desserts are also very good, with a curious and well-balanced porcini mushroom ice cream, capable of surprising without being excessive. Overall a positive experience, in an enchanting setting and with a cuisine that enhances the territory well. We will gladly return, with the hope of finding a service a little more attentive to timing.

02/07/2025: Best seafood pasta, the sauce omg, I can't get over it. I ordered to "share" with my husband and ended up eating it by myself. The octopus salad also amazing, as well as the fish my husband ordered. Highly recommend!

02/07/2025: The staff is very welcoming and accommodating, and they were able to find several vegetarian alternatives not on the menu for a friend (bruschetta and succulent tomato pasta). The tartar sauce enhances the already excellent fried food. We had a great time.

27/06/2025: Beautiful mountain hut at the end of a relaxing path suitable for children and elderly people that starts from the center of Plan. You can reach the hut in about 1.5 hours. Very kind and smiling staff, we ordered two canederli and a slice of cake. Everything was delicious and high quality. Their house spritz is also interesting! New structure with super clean and modern bathrooms.

06/07/2025: Crazy experience. We opted for the Crazy experience menu. We opted for the fish menu with the addition of raw fish... A close-knit team that is completely reflected in the dishes: generous and well-prepared portions, high-quality raw materials, combinations that are not extreme but extremely focused, and a common thread that runs through the entire menu. The octopus with potatoes and the casoncelli revisited with shrimp were truly from another planet. It was a very pleasant surprise, probably difficult to describe in a few lines. Thanks to all the staff, with particular attention to the waiting staff: always attentive, but never intrusive. The bill is more than fair compared to what was offered. I would go back — and I will go back — extremely willingly

29/06/2025: I was already a customer and I decided to bring a friend who had never been there, result? Very successful! And we can't wait to try the rest of the menu! Everything was delicious, fast service despite it being Saturday night, the only small flaw: the tables were too close together, but still with the possibility of moving without problems. We had the banditos, the pulled and cheddar balls, a small plate of melted cheddar and two crispy bacons served with potatoes, a Coke Zero and a water for a total of 47 euros. A price absolutely in line with the quality and quantity. Our personal list of preferences was: 1. Crispy bacon: phenomenal. A journey of flavors with every bite. Juicy meat, crispy bacon and crispy onion nest; we would have taken a second one with our eyes closed. 2. Banditos: very tasty. Breaded chicken, crispy and spicy. One leads to another. 3. Potatoes 4. Pulled and cheddar balls: nice and strong, maybe I would have liked them a little smaller, but on the other hand it says that they are 120g each! Very efficient and super kind service. And I'll tell you more: even though they were elaborate, we had no difficulty digesting them. We'll be back soon!

12/06/2025: We absolutely loved this place and the welcome. The room was ultra-comfortable, with a whirlpool tub, ultra-quiet, and a beautiful bar. The bedding was perfect. A surprise meal with a divine wine pairing. The produce was local, grown, and treated with respect. Each dish was explained its origin and history. The two sisters who served us made us feel at home, sharing stories about their family. We were able to visit and chat with the chef, who is passionate about his work. At breakfast, we left with a selection of pastries and each a box of cookies. Thank you so much for sharing, which brought tears to my eyes.

12/06/2025: Excellent farm restaurant in a nice rural location, run by a young couple who have a deep culture about top quality ingredients and food preparation, natural agricultural techniques, work hard and strongly believe in organic farming, natural cattle breeding and even organic construction techniques. For example, they built on their own the structure of their place, with an environmentally friendly technique based on straw and raw earth. The cuisine is excellent, based on traditional local dishes and their own produce, such as meat, flour, cheese and vegetables of their own (or local, anyway) production. The owner is very friendly and always happy to tell you about his values, the techniques he applies and their business. Simple but evocative dining room, foods with ancient tastes that recall the cuisine of our grandparents, of the childhood times, and a very prompt and attentive but never intrusive service. Our lunch there was rich and abundant, I can't remember having eaten such a good "porceddu" in many years. It's just a shame that it was a little too burnt, because otherwise the rind, crispy to the right point, would also be delicious. However, the meat melted in your mouth. And in any case, everything else was very good, and we had a great time. A small flaw of this place is that the outside is a bit too a mess, with materials and work tools thrown in bulk, right in sight for those who enter the restaurant, just a few steps from some flower beds that are cute but a little diminished due to that mess.

Modern venue, friendly and professional staff and good choice of wines. I went for dinner during the week with friends and it was a fabulous experience. Do you want advice? 07/06/2025: Bella serata con amici in questo ristorante carino e confortevole. Una mangiata in compagnia davvero soddisfacente accompagnata dalla cortesia e dalla simpatia del personale. Abbiamo iniziato con un'invasione di antipasti, tutti molto buoni: dal salame di cremona con verdurine all'insalata di cicoria con acciughe e uovo sodo, passando per bruschette, cavolo brasato, capesante gratinate, mondeghili e lingua in salsa verde. Il bollino "top" è spettato alla testina. I commensali per la prosecuzione hanno fatto scelte diverse: sulla tavola ho visto passare risotto con coscia di quaglia, spaghetti, cotolette, tartare, insalate di funghi crudi e arrosti. Al termine per dolce ho apprezzato particolarmente la mia millefoglie. Il tutto annaffiato da tre bottiglie di nebbiolo e al prezzo - a persona - di 60 euro. Del tutto adeguato alla qualità e alla quantità del cibo.
