21/08/2025: We stopped in after a motorcycle ride, and what can I say other than AMAZING! Surrounded by greenery, excellent food, and equally as good service. Even though the place was packed, the staff served us excellently and quickly. Traditional food, as good as Sunday lunch. If you're in the area, stop by and enjoy lunch or dinner!

When we decided to organize our wedding, the main thing we knew was to trust Paolo and his staff with our wedding cake, and as always, they surprised and delighted us. All our guests were amazed by the beauty of the table setting and the deliciousness and freshness of the single portions. As always, a guarantee! Where you can fully breathe in the history of Saluzzo, where you'll find attention to every detail, a menu and staff of the highest caliber. The wine cellar, what can I say... Devastating!!!! 24/08/2025: Back to the Past Pasticceria, a family-run restaurant with a local feel. Historic since 1945, with classic steps and marble, it's a tearoom style. All the pastries, the brioche, the gelato, the cannoli, the baba rum, are delicious, and the staff is very friendly. They gave us some mandorla/marzipan pastry and orange cookies, which are famous, a delight. We wish we'd bought more. ❤️

09/09/2025: We had dinner yesterday at Trattoria Margherita, a pleasant discovery, from the excellent food to the staff, the owner was present and very kind. A special mention goes to the waiter who looked after us, very professional and exceptionally kind. We'll definitely be back 😊

09/07/2025: A very nice and clean place located in the center of Carloforte. The staff is attentive and kind. The food is really good and high-quality. The tuna carpaccio and seafood carbonara are amazing, as is everything else. I highly recommend it ☺️

A special thanks goes to chef Cristiano, for his extraordinary kindness, availability and professionalism: he was able to listen to us, advise us and surprise us with his elegant and sincere cuisine. 21/08/2025: My partner and I had dinner and were very pleased. We sat outside in the garden in a beautiful location (no mosquitoes!). The food was delicious, especially the tagliolini with shrimp and zucchini, and the wine selection was excellent. The waiter was very professional, friendly, and kind. We really enjoyed our meal. I highly recommend it!

16/08/2025: This is our third time here and we had a great time. The food was good, and the location was beautiful. I'm giving it 4 stars because the service was a bit annoying, though friendly. As soon as you left your plate unattended, they'd take it away, even with food on it. We'll definitely be back, but the service needs to improve because we felt pushed away from the table.
