16/01/2025: Our stay at the Seehotel Sparer was simply fantastic! From the first minute we felt completely at home. The expertise of the staff was impressive, as all employees were always helpful and left no wish unfulfilled. The room had a wonderful view of the lake, and time in the spa was the perfect respite from our hikes. Here you will find a wonderful combination of tradition and modern comfort. We'll definitely be back!
15/01/2025: We felt completely comfortable during our stay at the Seehotel Sparer. The expertise of the entire team is clearly noticeable because every wish was fulfilled immediately. The quiet location on Lake Montiggler makes it possible to go to the beach straight after breakfast or take walks in the area. The small spa area also provided relaxing moments. We are already looking forward to our next visit to this wonderful hotel!

14/01/2025: Wonderful surprise, delicious dishes and truly refined in substance and form. The venison carpaccio is truly remarkable, even the gnocchi stuffed with apples and speck are special and delicious. Very friendly, attentive and quick service. Absolutely honest prices for the quality (and quantity!) served. I recommend booking, perhaps early (7.30pm).

29/01/2025: It's not the first time I've eaten here, but I haven't been here for a few years. Simple and pleasant environment, courteous staff. The food was good: we took a mixed starter of land (very good and rich) and one of sea, and two second courses, one of land and one of sea. Adequate price.

Ottima la carne con grande scelta di tipologia e di frollatura.
Molto buoni anche i primi. Ho trovato sfiziosa la schiacciata aglio olio e peperoncino.
Personale molto gentile e preparato.

21/01/2025: La sera di capodanno ho prenotato all’ultimo e il proprietario,nonostante il ristorante al completo ha trovato un posto per noi,personale cordiale e gentile,prezzi adeguati alla qualità del cibo che viene offerto,alta qualità della carne,che dire..abbiamo mangiato benissimo e siamo stati bene,torneremo sicuramente!!

I had the veal cheek accompanied by snow peas, carrot puree and black cabbage. A goodness!
