05/04/2026: Here we ate the best pasta with gorgonzola and walnuts, in a very pleasant atmosphere. The hosts are kind and friendly, they offered us limoncello and meloncello, which were delicious, plus pasca made by them, for the family meal. They received us at a rather late hour and waited for us without rushing us, we talked and joked. Everything was very pleasant.

01/04/2026: We went here for dinner and ate and tried everything, starting with the delicacies (fried potatoes with lemon and pepper, arrosticini, and grilled mortadella with pistachio cream), all exceptional!
But that's not all! We also had a sandwich, salad, and two different types of meat... again, everything was delicious, and to finish, an excellent dessert.
Highly recommended.

29/03/2026: I went there for dinner with my girlfriend, we tried the traditional menu... Everything was absolutely DELICIOUS 🤤 The portions were super just right (not too much and not too little) but with the option of having seconds if you wanted (a rare thing these days)... The dessert trolley then... Magnificent 🤤 with the option of having more than one tasting here too (included in the price of the menu). The wine was also good, we had one glass each but there was a truly endless wine list! We will be back Super happy to go back.

18/01/2026: Yesterday we ate at this restaurant for the first time. The food was delicious, and the place was very welcoming. The young woman who explained the dishes to us was very kind, and the chef, who made sure we had a good time at the end of the meal, was truly commendable. Highly recommended...see you soon!!
17/01/2026: Going against the grain, fortunately. In a Romagna adrift, Ammentos retains a strong identity. If you're in a hurry and looking for neutral flavors, go elsewhere.
If, however, you want the privilege of refined, sophisticated cuisine presented in a familiar style, it's a gem!

The server was friendly, and it was nice to be able to enjoy a light Tuscan-style antipasto😊
Actually, except for one family who came in just before we left, we were the only ones there the entire time. After sitting by the window and analyzing(?) it, I think their marketing was weak. Many people looked at the menu posted in front of them and then just walked past. As I was leaving, I noticed the menu didn't really catch my eye.
They don't really try to solicit customers, but that's a plus.

02/04/2026: An exceptional culinary experience, fresh and excellent quality fish, wines always suitable for every occasion, not to mention the desserts, which will leave you speechless, I recommend it.
21/03/2026: Since I don't eat fish, I tried the few non-fish options. The cappelletti were exceptional, and the desserts were top-notch.
The staff was super friendly and attentive.
Watch out for those killer piadinas they put in the bread basket; you won't be able to stop.
