Service was perfectly paced, staff maintained a phenomenal balance of service and conversation, and, most importantly, the food was incredible.

Everything was perfect. A magnificent evening thanks to all the staff: Daniele, Simone, Francesca, Nicoalex, and Siam. They were all very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back. The food is nothing short of exceptional. I recommend the ceviche. Thank you all.

A delightful surprise, the architectural refinement of a former convent transformed into a hotel/restaurant, perfect for long summer evenings. Excellent Mediterranean cuisine; I recommend following the sommelier's advice on pairing the right wine with your course. Excellent desserts, the fig and ricotta cheesecake and the lemon ice cream are worth the dinner experience alone.

We returned here for the second time and can confidently say that this experience surpassed even the wonderful memory we had of our first visit, two years ago. In the meantime, there has been a truly extraordinary evolution. The location is wonderful, the gastronomic experience is innovative, and every course was an explosion of flavors, surprising and captivating from the first bite to the last. A special thanks also goes to all the professional, attentive, and always kind staff, who make every guest feel truly welcomed. We would especially like to thank Daniel, who, with great availability and courtesy, accompanied us on a tour of the establishment at the end of dinner, acting as our perfect guide, even though we had already visited two years ago. This time, we won't let another two years go by because we can't wait to return and recommend this place to all our friends. Thank you so much for giving us another unforgettable experience.

What can I say... a charming location, excellent food, and impeccable service. My husband and I chose two tasting menus with wine pairings. Every course, from appetizers to dessert, was a unique flavor experience. A big hug to Daniel, who pampered us throughout the dinner and provided an enchanting view from the hotel terrace (a former convent) where the restaurant is located. Paying a little more for a wonderful experience is worth it.
