Good Sardinian cuisine at the Monte Castello hermitage.
Try the mixed antipasto (for those with a strong palate, tripe, tongue, and offal).
We suggest installing some sound-absorbing panels; too few tables are enough and conversation becomes difficult.

I had dinner with my family. The food was delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, perfect for relaxing. The staff was very kind and attentive without being intrusive. Great experience!

The place isn't that big, actually quite small, intimate, and quiet. The food is spectacular; you can feel the passion for its Sardinian origins. The prices are fair. Last but not least, I found feminine hygiene products available in the restroom. Congratulations. I can't wait to return.

Yesterday we ate at this restaurant for the first time. The food was delicious, and the place was very welcoming. The young woman who explained the dishes to us was very kind, and the chef, who made sure we had a good time at the end of the meal, was truly commendable. Highly recommended...see you soon!!

Going against the grain, fortunately. In a Romagna adrift, Ammentos retains a strong identity. If you're in a hurry and looking for neutral flavors, go elsewhere.
If, however, you want the privilege of refined, sophisticated cuisine presented in a familiar style, it's a gem!
