09/03/2026: A truly delightful dinner. The kitchen employs some very talented young chefs, creating carefully crafted dishes with well-balanced flavors. We tried several dishes: fried octopus tentacles on a mustard and honey emulsion, Luciana-style red octopus on a chickpea cream and fried polenta crostini, a mix of local cuttlefish and grilled calamari with salad, and baked trout fillet on a pumpkin cream. Everything was truly excellent, generous portions, and great attention to food pairings. The initial welcome was also appreciated. The young woman in the dining room was very kind and discreet, with a smile that immediately put you at ease. We didn't try the desserts (maybe next time), perhaps a little more interaction or a more personalized service would have been appreciated. One area that could be improved is the wine list, which, given the quality of the cuisine, deserves a few more options and a wider variety. The atmosphere is pleasant, but I would like it to be a little warmer and more personalized, as it currently feels a bit sterile. That said, the prices are fair, the food is truly excellent, and there's great potential. With these foundations, it has all the makings of a truly top-notch restaurant. It's made me want to come back, and I will. 🍽️✨

04/03/2026: We went to Quantum last night for a 50th birthday party! Simply spectacular!! The staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable! The atmosphere was welcoming and elegant! The food was excellent, from the presentation to the flavors! We were thrilled and left very satisfied!! Keep it up, guys, and even though you're very young, you have a great future ahead of you!! 04/02/2026: An agriturismo with excellent cuisine and very friendly and helpful staff. It was a wonderful experience, and I'd gladly return. The ambiance inside is lovely; although the outdoor dining area is well-maintained, it will certainly be more pleasant in the warmer months.

25/01/2026: We returned after a while today, and it was a pleasure to find the welcoming atmosphere and the amazing menu, ranging from traditional to sophisticated, truly appreciated. A big thank you, we had a wonderful time.

11/12/2025: We got married last Saturday and couldn't have chosen a different location for our special day. We knew the room very well from previous weddings, and I can say it's truly worthy. The owners, the restaurant manager, and all the waiters are top-notch, friendly, kind, and professional. The food is guaranteed, from appetizers to dessert! You can't help but choose this room for your special day.

21/03/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us, on a charming little street in Rome. The welcome was fantastic; the lady who served us (Calinca) was incredibly kind and always smiling! We're French and really bad at Italian, but she understood everything despite our poor level 😂. The food was delicious, long live the carbonara!

Excellent restaurant with Piedmontese dishes and excellent wines, comfortable rooms, breakfast with fabulous homemade cakes... it feels like home. In the summer, you can enjoy a fabulous view from the private pool 🏊‍♂️ Recommended for those who appreciate beautiful things 👍

03/04/2026: Had a great dinner here 2 nights ago whilst we were in Milan for our honeymoon. I had the lobster linguine and it was delicious with generous portion. Best seafood pasta I have had in Italy so far. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his Ragu Bolognese. Huge shout out to our waiter Mimmo who was so chatty and fun and gave great service.

17/03/2026: I visited because it was near my hotel. The owner was friendly, and seeing an open kitchen—the first I'd seen in my ten days in Italy—immediately gave me confidence. I ordered the cod risotto and lamb chops, and for the first time in a long while, the food was so good that I felt it was a shame to see it disappear. It was the most delicious thing I ate in Rome!! I want to come back again before I leave the country. You can get a 20% discount if you book right before your visit via The Fork app, so make sure to take advantage of that!

21/03/2026: The ice cream here is phenomenal and had a good strong taste.The man working here was super polite, able to make some good jokes, and you could just tell he was a good human who was running a good business. I told everyone we met to come to this place for the best ice cream in the city. 6 stars.

13/10/2025: We come here every year and have never been disappointed! The food is excellent, the service attentive, friendly, and competent... The chef and his wife are very accommodating.
