25/05/2025: On a trip with my husband we accidentally find this restaurant, full parking lot we decide to try it..ancient 80s style environment, but clean and welcoming, family run the owner who also serves at the tables, comes to meet us immediately saying that without booking we would perhaps have waited a bit and instead time to go and wash our hands and already makes us sit! And then the food! Local dishes, very generous portions and above all flavors that remind you of Sunday at grandma's!!! We had cansuncei with butter and stuffed chicken with polenta and potatoes..a delight! The bill left us speechless, 38 euros! He even offered us coffees! Highly recommended!!!!!

20/05/2025: Trattoria near Brescia, lunch. Homemade food, generous portions. Friendly and fast service. €25 menu, a little more than the usual work menu...but it's worth it. We will definitely return when we relax for a motorbike ride.

31/05/2025: A place with a spectacular atmosphere and great views of Bergamo. Coffee for 3 euros.

29/05/2025: We had an aperitif on this very well-kept terrace with a beautiful view. The cocktails were excellent and plentiful with prices ranging from 10 to 15 euros served with appetizers. Attention also to those with food intolerances or allergies. Impeccable service and available to give you explanations. Definitely to return for a dinner.

02/06/2025: This is a van that makes fabulous sandwiches and granitas. It moves between the slide and Cala Rossa depending on the wind. Locals recommended it to us and it's worth it. The fish and vegetables in the sandwiches are very fresh and the toppings are plentiful. The granitas are delicious. We ate a sandwich with tuna, grilled courgettes and caramelised onion and one with swordfish, tomato and aubergines (and oregano which was amazing). The watermelon granita really tastes like watermelon as does the almond one, which I recommend drowning in coffee. The prices aren't low but considering the ingredients, the care and friendliness of the owner, they're worth it!

02/05/2025: Place to try in Ragusa! Sensory experience that combines the sensations of an Irish pub immersed in southern Sicily. The perfect place to taste fine food, drink strong beer paired with dishes and meet loving people who care about making you feel at home. Highly recommended!

07/06/2025: The food was poor. It took them ages to bring the first course, and we didn't even wait for the second because more than an hour already seemed like too long to wait. Even though there were enough waiters, we asked for the second course twice, and they didn't bring it or give us any explanation. We opted to ask for the bill twice more, and they didn't bring it. We decided to get up and ask at the bar. There, the maître d' (or whatever she was) served us with outrageous arrogance, telling us to leave, that we didn't have to pay. In short, we don't even know what happened or didn't happen. The fact is, they ruined our evening for free and without dinner. Zero professionalism.

04/06/2025: Our table was besides the canal, very romantic atmosphere! We chose this Osteria because of the high critics and we were disappointed with the food. Nothing special or worth mentioning. The prices were extremely high. You pay only for the nice position besides the canal , not for the food.... The scallops plate had only 3 scallops and the price was 25 euros! The sauce of this plate was very delicate, we loved it!

18/05/2025: We often go back for a Sunday lunch, very relaxing atmosphere and dishes that vary depending on availability. Quality appetizers, cheeses and platters. First courses halfway between tradition and a touch of innovation and top quality tartare. Recommended :)

31/05/2025: I needed a serrated knife to eat my focaccia … without that option I removed the top half of the bread. It was messy to try to use my teeth to cut through the aubergine and grilled pepper away the prosciutto. The venue is great. As is the wine list.

15/05/2025: Au détour d'une balade en pleine campagne, nous avons trouvé cet endroit bucolique. Avec une vue à couper le souffle et un soleil radieux. Nous avons été servi avec rapidité sourire et grande amabilité, des pâtes fraîches faites maison en portion généreuses accompagné d'une salade fraîche et d'un bon vin blanc local. Une très bonne expérience. Incontournable.

03/06/2025: The restaurant has a few tables inside (very close to each other, moreover) but many more outside, in summer it is more pleasant to be outside. You can take individual dishes or the menu: menu with a large salad plate, savory pie and drink €12, menu with a small salad plate with savory pie and drink €9 or menu with pizza. You can make up the salad with everything that is on the counter until you fill the bowl (small or large). It is self-service so they do not serve at the table and you also have to clear the table yourself. If you want, they will heat up the savory pie in the microwave, the rest are dishes that are mainly eaten cold.

25/05/2025: Ormai a Farindola non è rimasto più nulla. La tragedia della valanga, il covid, la disattenzione delle autorità locali sta affossando l’economia del paese. E per mangiare sono rimasti aperti due attività; una è Altrocanto di Thomas e Marco. La ristorazione di questo B&B è ormai al top e, pur con poche scelte in menu, può soddisfare ogni palato, egregiamente. Sono contento di venirci e ritrovarmi sempre ottimamente.

10/05/2025: My new favorite restaurant in the area! In this place I found quality, sustainability and attention to every detail. Vegetarian options available and excellent value for money. We'll be back.
