26/12/2024: Tutto perfetto, cucina di alto livello ma con porzioni abbondanti, gentilezza, la sensazione di sentirti coccolato in un ambiente famigliare, diverse opzioni senza glutine, bravissimi!

06/02/2025: Efficient and quick service, we had the tasting of seafood crudités and two hot seafood appetizers. The plinths and lamb were all excellent and the presentation of the dish was well prepared. The desserts were good even if a little cloying, in particular the chocolate ingot.

30/01/2025: A small pub run with love. Excellent beers, great choice of burgers, sandwiches and wraps. The environment is small but full of objects, flags, writings, photos: whoever manages the place is not afraid to show who he is and I loved this ♥️

19/01/2025: Il locale si conferma una garanzia di qualità. Pesce fresco e ottimo, prezzi un po’ cari ma in linea con i ristoranti di pesce della zona. Abbiamo speso 90 euro a testa per una selezione di antipasti (costo granseola a parte) un primo dolce e due bottiglie di vino.

19/01/2025: My girlfriend and I entered this restaurant and immediately the welcome was terrible. The waiter looked us up and down (trattoria, NOT RESTAURANT) and with a superior air (who are you?) made us sit at the table. We both ordered a first course, tagliolini with shelled clams and bottarga. The dish was uniquely sad, with a hunger-inducing quantity and truly mediocre quality, considering that they are close to the sea I expected much better, furthermore on my plate there was a small piece of shell that if I hadn't seen I would have even broken a tooth . €18 per dish (I repeat, a trattoria and not a restaurant) seems really excessive to me for 3 bites. Subsequently the waiter insisted on making us get more but honestly, even if I had had 3 seconds I would have left hungrier than when I entered. Terrible experience, I highly recommend it.

25/12/2024: Vorrei iniziare questa recensione RINGRAZIANDO i MERAVIGLIOSI proprietari del Ristorante Al Torchio...e ovviamente tutto il.loro staff....l'eccellenza che li contraddistingue si percepisce dalle SBLIMI PIETANZE , perfetto connubio di sapori antichi rivisitati in chiave moderna....accostamenti particolari molto ricercati che fanno vivere davvero un VIAGGIO INDIMENYICABILE. Rivisitare un PRANZO NATALIZIO in chiave moderna è MAESTRIA, ed è ciò che loro offrono a Noi clienti... Al Torchio ha la capacità di far sentire a casa .....una casa piena di calore dove trascorrere giornate SPECIALI come il Natale... Grazie di cuore Famiglia Fumagalli... Edoardo ....Clara e Mario...

13/02/2025: Restaurant with excellent quality, I only had an aperitif, €20 each, the wine was delicious, the appetizers were good but few for what you spend... recommended because the environment is quiet and there is no confusion... next time I'll go for dinner... it will be very expensive but I'll see if it's worth it

12/01/2025: We had lunch before participating in the 2024 Carnival. Upon entering the 4 Seasons Restaurant I am immediately fascinated by the decor. But it's wonderful! They let us sit at the table but first we put our jackets in the cloakroom (I haven't had lunch in a place with a cloakroom in years, very good!) The menu has a wide choice, I choose the pizza which even has the choice of wholemeal dough. A delight for the palate! Before lunch we are given a delicious fish-based appetizer. Then look at the attention in the coffee that is brought to us with a lid to leave it hot at the right point. The staff follows us and often stops by to ask. Even the Chef stops by to say hello and worry. We ate very well and felt pampered by the staff. Well done, congratulations, it will be an immense pleasure to visit you again. Highly recommended! 💪🔝😘. 30/01/2025: We were looking for a place to eat near our hotel and we stopped by chance at this very nice restaurant. Even though we hadn't booked, the girl in the dining room managed to find a solution for the table. The fish is super good. My octopus with paprika and Jerusalem artichoke cream was out of this world! The apple sorbet was also delicious. In short, a completely positive experience 😄

11/01/2025: The menu offers dishes that reinterpret the typical flavors of Apulian cuisine in a modern way. I loved the crunchy prawns and the very fresh fish, cooked in an innovative way but without losing the authenticity of the local flavours. Each dish is a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, with fresh, quality ingredients. The service was excellent: the staff was attentive, friendly and able to recommend the right dishes based on our tastes. The wine selection complemented our meal perfectly. I highly recommend
