The service was truly impeccable. The waitress who served us was not only very attentive, but also very friendly and made our experience wonderful. After a 3-hour drive from Bologna due to traffic, being greeted with a warm smile and a laugh made the long journey worth it.

I went to Gibas for lunch with my girlfriend. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with rare kindness and professionalism: attentive, helpful, and never intrusive. Truly excellent service made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
The food was of the highest quality. A cuisine that respects the ingredients and showcases them with creativity and elegance.
Experiencing all this while immersed in the breathtaking panorama of San Bartolo Park, with the Adriatic Sea before our eyes, made the lunch truly special.

A historic restaurant on the scenic route between Gabice Mare and Pesaro. Seafood, guaranteed quality, and professional service. Interesting dishes blend tradition and innovation. Excellent fish cappelletti with fish broth. Delicious desserts. We returned after many years, and the quality is even higher. Last but not least: the view.
