Honestly, I may seem biased, because I love this place, every summer I go for dinner a few times and I like it a lot.

A truly exceptional restaurant in terms of location, friendliness, and food. Easily accessible, exceptionally friendly service, and delicious food at fair prices. Highly recommended! 👍🤝😋

Gibas is one of those restaurants that captivates even before you sit down to eat. The location is simply spectacular: a splendid terrace overlooking the sea, perched high on the coast, offering a panorama that can make any occasion special. The setting is refined but never pretentious, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for a romantic dinner or a business lunch or dinner. The welcome is impeccable, discreet, and professional. The cuisine is its true strength: excellent quality seafood, prepared with technique and sensitivity. Alongside the great classics of the Adriatic tradition, the chef offers new dishes every week, reflecting seasonality and current inspiration, with unique and always balanced pairings. A dynamic offering that entices you to return. The wine list is also very interesting: extensive and well-constructed, capable of pairing each course with the right choice. All this is complemented by a truly compelling quality-price ratio, especially considering the level of cuisine, service, and location. Gibas is an address worth the trip and leaves you wanting to return.

Outstanding place, tucked away in the gorgeous Pesarese hills (10 min taxi ride from city centre). The views alone were to die for, but the quality of food and wine was truly mind-boggling. The meal was kicked off witb two little amuse-bouche pieces of litly cured (salted? Smoked even??) pieces of amberjack - to really wet our apetite. Then the bread basket and spicy, peppery olive oil comes out. Heaven! For starters we had oysters (plump, fresh, still tasting of that amazing sea water), a dish of monkfish sausage and clam znd sea urching tagliolini. Mains: frito misto with tempura veg and a plate of Adriatic grilled fishes. Our server very clearly and honestly explained the daily catch (harpooned sea brass) would simply be too big for a table of two. He also recommended amazing mineraly/salty bottle of Roncja (Albanella grape) wine from a local winery, not even 300m. away - Mancini. Coffees, two Amaro finished the meal off in the best possible way. The staff looked after well and we will 100% be returning on our next holiday in Pesaro.

Its best, for obvious reasons, is in the summer. The table next to the railing overlooking the sea? Heritage ♥️ Oh yes, the food is also really good, the price is in line with the quality.

The place is located in a beautiful panoramic spot, a truly lovely restaurant. The service was impeccable, especially the very knowledgeable young man who recommended the wines. The food was beautiful to look at and excellent quality. I highly recommend it.
