01/10/2025: I came here between 4:30 and 5:00 PM on Tuesday, September 30th (yesterday). They heated the pizza so much that it burned, so we had it reheated. The second time it was reheated, it wasn't burned, but it was still too dry. The temperature of the two ovens used (about 320°C, I saw it with my own eyes) is too high to heat the pizza. I understand you have to be quick, but it heats up quickly, even to 200 or 250°C maximum, without the risk of burning if it stays a few seconds longer. The previous times it was reheated perfectly, even though I hadn't paid attention to the oven temperature... this time I noticed because it's the first time something like this has happened to me; I'm a regular customer.

After such an extraordinary culinary experience and impeccable service, I can 100% confirm that it was simply fantastic. 🤩 I had the mushroom tatlatelle and a wonderful dessert with yogurt cream and red berries. Delicious.

13/10/2025: Small osteria above Gardone! Friendly welcome, nice table in the courtyard! Reservations required! Nice ambiance, but we missed some background music. Waiters were very sales-oriented, communication was sometimes difficult. Vitello tonnata was very good, and the main course, such as fish or steak, was top-notch! Best dessert I've ever had! A bit pricey, but top-notch!

28/09/2025: I had an appetizer (mixed Montefeltro pork cold cuts), a first course (ravioli with fossa cheese), a second course (Montefeltro pork sausage), and dessert (tart). The cured meats were good but (as I'll also say about the second course) nothing special. The first course was very good, and the second course was good but nothing special. I found it to be a standard sausage with no particular flavor (I expected a slightly different sausage than the average, being made from a pig raised only in the local area). The dessert was average. Prices were average. Service was courteous and quick. The atmosphere was beautiful, with a small wooden mezzanine (where I ate) accessible by a few more stairs. It felt like a step back in time. I'll definitely be back in the future.

14/10/2025: Lunch and dinner were always top-notch! CLAUDIO and his wonderful staff (of whom I only remember the names of Claudia and Pietro, FANTASTIC, as were the others I don't remember), always attentive in knowing how to welcome and make you feel welcome guests, made sure this summer they knew how to always make us eat different things on every occasion, delicious and served at the right time in a very suggestive but at the same time Easy location. 03/10/2025: What can I say... A unique experience! Courtesy and relaxation are the foundation of everything. Lunch on the sunny lawn with beers paired with dishes recommended by the wait staff. Very beautiful and well-maintained, both the interior and exterior spaces. Excellent selection of dishes, quick service, and good food. Very good beers in various sizes: small, medium, and in large and small glass bottles.

Living abroad, we organized everything remotely—and yet, every aspect was handled flawlessly thanks to the professionalism and availability of Paola and Roberta. They carefully guided us through every step, making what could have seemed complicated simple. The setting, surrounded by greenery and with elegant spaces and attention to detail, created the perfect atmosphere for an international wedding celebration. Many of our guests, from various countries—and accustomed to different contexts—complimented us on the beauty of the venue, the harmony of the spaces, and the quality of the decor. Both the service and the cuisine were truly meticulous. From the fabulous appetizers to the cake, every course was served with punctuality and care. The menu was excellent: carefully selected dishes, quality ingredients, and balanced portions. Even those with special dietary needs were accommodated without any difficulty. The service in the magnificent Arabian tent was punctual, professional, and always with a smile—everything was perfect! The guests, speaking different languages ​​and cultures, felt at ease, both with the welcome and the delicious food. Roberta's professionalism ensured that, for us, that day was "just" fun, emotion, and joy—without a single worry. In conclusion: if you're looking for a venue that combines elegance, impeccable service, high-quality cuisine, and a welcoming atmosphere for both Italian and international guests, we can highly recommend Locanda del Cavaliere.
