We stopped by in April and while wandering around, we discovered this beautiful seaside veranda. Fresh seafood based on the catch of Porto Empedocle, a refined atmosphere, and excellent service. The maître d', who usually travels to Milan in the winter, is highly professional, knowledgeable, and truly kind. Always ready to be an ambassador for the area and offer excellent recommendations on the menu and wines, but never intrusive. Congratulations! We tried the mixed seafood antipasto, the paccheri with red mullet ragù, and the pasta with red shrimp and Mazara pistachios, but we were also pleasantly tempted by the fresh sea bass and amberjack. Everything was truly delicious. We will definitely be back when we next visit Sicily from Valtellina! Best regards, and see you next time.

Returning to Ficodindia after thirty years was like opening a drawer of my memories and finding everything more beautiful than I remembered. As a child, I used to come here with my grandparents: mornings at the beach, the scent of the sea, and then lunch, which for me was a celebration. This time I returned with my daughter... and that place had the same magic. The restaurant is well-kept, bright, and welcoming, with that genuine spirit that isn't manufactured: it's palpable. The staff was incredibly kind, genuinely friendly from start to finish, present without being intrusive. The food? Excellent. The mixed fried fish is crispy, light, and fresh. The spaghetti with clams, my favorite dish, was perfect. And everything else on the menu maintains the same quality. It's one of those places where you feel the cuisine is made with care and with quality ingredients, without shortcuts. For me, Ficodindia isn't just a restaurant: it's a piece of history that continues to improve. And now it's also become a beautiful memory to share with my daughter. Highly recommended
