09/02/2025: I went with my wife thanks to word of mouth from one of my clients, after 30 seconds the owner had already put us at ease, the place conveys care and warmth, among other things today it was already tastefully set up for Christmas and therefore very very pleasant. Clean room including bathroom. Cuisine strongly recommended for those who love the true flavors of the sea, targeted menu and this is already synonymous with the quality of the product and the care taken with the dishes. I hate endless menus!! Cuisine of our traditional Tuscan seafaring tradition but which does not disdain light reinterpretations... well done! The service guys, although young, have the eye of seasoned professionals... attentive, polite and present, while you think of calling one to the table you find him already there. 10+1 dishes. I say this as a sales agent who has been traveling around Tuscany for 40 years, it's worth it! I am writing this review reluctantly because I will contribute to being told that they are sold out for the next booking (they already are now!!!) but when a place and its cuisine deserves it you can't help but give it credit! Well done, well done and see you soon.

09/02/2025: Excellent fish restaurant where the first courses are truly excellent fish carbonara, lobster linguine, spaghetti with sea snails. The only flaw is the confusion and the very narrow seats.

18/01/2025: We were guests today for lunch. We had different courses and they were all excellent. The availability, competence and kindness of the staff is to be admired. The desserts are also excellent, especially the Chinotto semifreddo, which deserves applause. Absolutely recommended.

28/01/2025: January 2025 Before starting the review I read other people's reviews, I start with the worst and then the best as usual, what can I say, there are some great characters. I've been going to the place occasionally for years, today I decided to write a review, it more than rightly deserves it. Fabio is a person who is not a restaurateur for work, but for passion and he behaves as such. He admits if he makes mistakes and is always open to discussion, unfortunately he has the misfortune that in an attempt to be a cook I bother him about some recipe. He has chosen a local cuisine that he interprets and cooks with passion, he is keen to drink well and therefore offers his customers a very varied wine list. When he has the time he willingly passes between the tables for a chat, with the risk of my harassment.

22/01/2025: My husband and I were guests. Excellent room and SPA, as well as dinner in the restaurant and the rich and varied buffet breakfast.. we really appreciated the atmosphere. 13/01/2025: We had dinner here on two consecutive evenings, spending two excellent evenings. The traditional Carnic dishes were really good, well presented and served with care by excellent staff, always courteous and attentive. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. 5 stars deserved!

Fast and courteous table service, short menu, with traditional and fish dishes (above all an amazing baked cod with flavored bread), all very, very good. The wine list is interesting, the selection of spirits could be improved. Very fair price, booking is a must. Absolutely worth seeing.

The managers Marco and Luciana, nice and very kind, he in the kitchen, excellent quality, she in the dining room but also prepares excellent desserts, biscuits and pastries for breakfast as well as a delicious Genoese focaccia! 01/02/2025: What to say? Jhonny and his brother Giuliano are always the Top in Rome. They can be called in various ways, from the legendary Assunta Madre to today, but the quality and preparations do not change. The prices of the wines also seem more balanced to me. Well done.
