28/12/2024: simply perfect!! if you are a lover of cured meats and first courses and don't worry too much about the lively service, this restaurant is for you... everything made by them (literally everything), all plentiful at a reasonable price (they also do take-away if you're in a hurry) and obviously everything excellent.. Gianni easily wins the special host category, breaking every distance with his smile and friendliness, you arrive here and find yourself at home!! As a foreigner it's a 5 star hands down, really good see you soon

08/01/2025: I was at the Cubeddu farm on Sunday 5 January, as a person suffering from celiac disease I can only say that I was treated like a queen, I ate everything and more (obviously everything was delicious) the staff was very kind and super attentive to my needs, I thank you very much for also thinking of those like me who have problems, you made me feel at home! PS I was part of the group of rowdy motorcyclists 😂 thanks and see you next time!

12/01/2025: I had the pleasure of staying with my wife in the suite with heated mini pool and hydromassage, Finnish sauna, steam bath and emotional shower.... What can I say? Wow.... The suite was spotless and everything was new and working. The Hotel is located in the center of Gualdo Tadino but it was really easy to find parking within 2 steps. When we woke up we had breakfast in the internal restaurant where we were welcomed by Serena, a cheerful, kind girl who makes you feel as if you were at home. The breakfast with fresh sweet and savory products did not fall short of our expectations. The owner, Gabriele, is a kind, polite person and always available for anything. Definitely an experience worth repeating to relax among the green hills of Umbria....

28/12/2024: The restaurant, private and welcoming, is managed by the owner who is very kind, friendly and attentive to any requests from customers. I had lunch with some friends, we all appreciated the quality of the dishes and the freshness of the products. We tasted a trio of first courses, all excellent, and some very tender and tasty baked kid... to be honest... exceptional! We finished lunch on a high note with several homemade desserts. Super recommended❤️

Le cene, sia in coppia, che con amici, sono state tutte fantastiche, sia per quanto riguarda accoglienza e servizio, che per quanto riguarda i piatti e le capacità nel trattare e valorizzare le materie prime. Una cornice perfetta, atmosfera soft in un contesto molto intimo e delicato. Dennis, il proprietario, è persona gentile ed affabile, presenza discreta e disponibile. I prezzi sono in linea con ambiente e qualità offerta.

18/12/2024: Ieri sera abbiamo fatto la cena di Natale con i nostri collaboratori, una piacevolissima serata composta da piatti gustosi e di prima qualità. I proprietari nonchè personale del locale sono stati gentilissimi. Le sale addobbate ad atmosfera natalizia con molta cura e fantasia. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio, il tutto accompagnato dal calore di una stufa a legna. Grazie di cuore per averci fatto passare una serata in piena atmosfera natalizia. Luca &Loris

01/02/2025: Tutto bellissimo, cibo fantastico ma forse atmosfera un po’ troppo snob . L’ Unica cosa veramente negativa della serata è stato un commento sgradevole e fuori luogo della ragazza che presentava i piatti (commento fatto “alle spalle” di mia moglie sulle sue scelte dei cibi .. peccato che si sia fatta sentire ! ) . In un ristorante stellato una cosa del genere non dovrebbe esistere anche perché si rischia di rovinare una serata piacevole .

03/01/2025: Nice location on the outside and just enough inside. Very good food, we ate fish and I must say that the chef knew his stuff... The music was too loud - New Year's Eve - which should justify it but it was really too loud to the point that you couldn't speak and even if you raised your voice a lot you could hardly understand what the other diners were saying. The POS didn't work so we had to make a bank transfer the next day. So-so sanitary facilities.

16/12/2024: We stayed in this splendid location for my husband's 60th birthday. Fabulous place, great food and friendly staff. Domenico super helpful in everything. We returned two weeks later for retirement, same treatment. I highly recommend it for ceremonies.... We will come back here for every event! Thank you
