I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana

23/01/2025: Ho alloggiato in un B&B nelle vicinanze per qualche giorno e sono stato indirizzato in questo ristorante dalla proprietaria. Ho trovato tutti i piatti ben curati e molto gustosi. Nello specifico abbiamo assaggiato: il risotto con porcini, pesto di ricotta e noci, la vellutata di barbabietole, la tagliata di pollo con insalata e pomodorini confit ed in ultimo lo spiedone con le verdure. Non ho trovato difetti in nessun piatto, e consiglio vivamente di assaggiare il risotto a chi legge questa recensione. In ultimo ci è stato offerto un assaggio di ciambella romagnola ed i liquori fatti in casa da loro. I prezzi sono leggermente alti ma soppesati dalla qualità e dalle portate abbondanti. Unico neo, i 2,5 euro di coperto a testa. Ma, ahimè, sono ormai diventati di rito in tutti i ristoranti.

20/01/2025: Locale raccomandato da molti e tutte le aspettative sono state confermate arredato con moltissimi pezzi vintage della vita Romagnola di tanti anni fa staff presente e gentile Antipasti buoni Bruciatini al balsamico saltati con radicchio e tarassaco selvatico: buonissimi Tagliere del ferroviere, molto buoni i fagottini di cipolla rossa caramellata ma le Paste sono il top, fantastiche abbiamo provato : Cappelletti al Sangiovese con radicchio rosso e prosciutto molto buoni Terrina di lasagne verdi al forno (attenzione alle mani è rovente) molto buone Mezzelune ortolane su crema leggera di zucca al basilico, delicata Pappardelle al ragù di lepre Per la Carne abbiamo provato: Grigliata di carni miste Straccetti di filetto ai porcini con le castagne e i grissini di polenta Piatto del grigliere tutto buono ma tornerie sicuramente i primi piatti prezzi nella media , sicuramente rapporto qualità/prezzo molto alto SICURAMENTE CONSIGLIABILE

27/12/2024: At first I didn't want to write this review, but then I said to myself why not? We book for Christmas day. 22 people, 18 fish menus at €60 (all very good) and 4 meat menus, one of which is for celiacs. The established meat menu was to be composed of: starter mixed cold cuts with panzerotti, first course tortelli with ragù, second course sliced ​​all for €30. Christmas day arrives and the meat menu is called a children's menu... the waiter still mentions cold cuts and tortelli and no one gets strange and says anything. First mistake, the first one arrives instead of the starter, honestly it's not as big a problem as you want it to be...the actual problem was that instead of the tortelli the penne arrived (we already knew that the celiac girl wouldn't get the ones tortelli, but for the other 2 guys what kind of problem could there ever have been????) ... second mistake, the starter arrives consisting of raw ham, salami and panzerotti, and here you could tell me "so where is the problem?" the problem is that the celiac girl gets 4 slices of raw ham at the table, damn it, I'll call you 1 month before, I tell you that I have a celiac, you agree to take it, try a little bit and find something more for her too.. .. Third mistake, comes the second.... schnitzel with chips (where the hell did the schnitzel come from?) and roast for the celiac girl (this was a dish you should never have had serve....it was really hard.) Last mistake, the time comes to pay for 2 fish menus and 2 meat-children's menus totaling €180, instead we are asked for €190 because the meat-children's menu is €35 instead of €30 agreed 1 month before. We point this out to the lady and she tells us that €30 is fine if that was the agreed price. Now I wonder...didn't you get a damn note? However, I give three stars because the fish menu was honestly very good and the boy who served us was very kind and nice. If I had to rely only on the service and the kids' menu, one star was already too much.

03/02/2025: Typical homemade cuisine with truly excellent local ingredients. Welcoming staff, you feel at home. I recommend the tasting menu, also for sharing, to taste the most popular dishes. Inside the restaurant there is a space where both foods on the menu and cosmetics, always typical, are sold. A must visit if you are in the area!

10/11/2024: Pranzo della Domenica Siamo curiosi di verse quanto detto corrisponde al vero Ambiente raffinato Sevizio eccellente Soprattutto il menù a sorpresa si rivela una bella sorpresa Cinque portate una più buona ed originale dell’altra sapori semplici (zucca,cipolla, gorgonzola etc) ma con un tocco in più Continuate così Bravissime

15/12/2024: My son celebrated his 15th birthday here. Unique staff, always attentive and kind. The pizzas are a delicacy that I highly recommend. Fresh products and family management attentive to everything that can satisfy the customer. I recommend everyone to spend an evening here... But also for lunch I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

I don't know 5 stars just because the butter has an intense grass/fodder scent which doesn't make it suitable for most recipes. Very intense aroma and taste.... Know this. There are products with much more delicate aromas and flavors

15/01/2025: The tavern is located in an Umbrian village between Perugia and Corciano. Definitely not a tourist place but for lovers of good food who know how to appreciate and enjoy it in its various nuances. The service is excellent, of a classy restaurant and with constant attention to the customer. The quality of the food and the refinement of the dishes are excellent. Highly recommended.

07/01/2025: Location fuori Rimini, da fuori è quasi anonimo (con bel parcheggio) , dentro è curata e molto coccolo. Servizio attento e simpatico , molta competenza sui vini Piatti originali, legati alla tradizione ma rivisitati in chiave moderna e buonissimi. Due sere di fila… Siamo stati davvero bene Prezzi adeguati

29/12/2024: There were 6 of us for lunch on Sunday. We were welcomed and placed at a nice table, well set. We were brought an entree of burrata foam with crumble of Taggiasca olives, then we ordered à la carte. Pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the dishes and even more so by the taste. Not an obvious wine list, we drank a rosé from Valsamoggia. Great service! Well done everyone, we will definitely be back.

28/01/2025: One of the best meals I have ever had. We came for lunch and had 3 courses. I had the special Occa Ravioli special and it was amazing. The bigoli was top notch and perfectly cooked. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable on the dishes and explained everything very well. A little on the pricey side but worth every penny. Will definitely be coming back.

26/01/2025: Very nice, sophisticated restaurant. The bigoli, the pappardelle with truffles and the venison with red cabbage are fantastic. The cheesecake disappointed me. Perfect service: kind and professional. Very interesting menu. We will come back for sure
