05/11/2024: In all of Siena, but also in all of Italy and I don't think I'd say it's nonsense if I extend the action plan to all of Europe, you can't find a store better stocked with gluten free, lactose free and excellent local products! In fact, in the store you can find organic fruit and vegetables, excellent quality meat and fish, but also mouth-watering homemade veg products! The owners are super kind, welcoming and also offer refreshment service with salads, wraps, Cecina, homemade bread and delicious delicacies. As a side dish, but no less important, they also have dried fruit, cereals, drinks and more, all organic and chosen with love to take care of both the customer's body and spirit. Super recommended!

22/10/2024: I discovered Oasi Verde on my last day in Siena and wished I had found it sooner! They offer a variety of healthy products to take away as well as delicious meals to enjoy on-site. I tried a dreamy vegan ice cream and a salad that was simply perfect. It's not easy to find places like this in Italy, and Oasi Verde truly feels like a green oasis amidst all the gluten and sugar. Their products are organic, and the owner is very attentive to ensuring your meal meets your expectations. I would definitely go back!

17/01/2025: The pasta came out cooked better than al dente and the seasoning was just right and not salty! As soon as the waiter arrived, he told me about the wifi and was very friendly! The atmosphere was quite local, but the tables were a bit small. The price was 18 to 20 euros.

05/01/2025: Let's start by saying that we specifically went to this restaurant, intrigued by the reviews which do not always reflect our personal experiences. However, I must say that 5 stars are too few for us... We had not booked and there would not have been room if by chance a family of three had not canceled a moment before our arrival. I'll start with the environment, truly welcoming. It feels like entering a (large) private tavern rather than a public establishment. The warm atmosphere, the soft lights, the ethnic objects hanging on the walls and the division into various not very large rooms enhance this sensation. Staff who are truly both professional and friendly (it's not easy to combine the two). After a short while of sitting down, some homemade bread with a chickpea-based mousse arrived. both excellent. We took fettuccine with tomato sauce for the little girl, an appetizer, spiced pumpkin flan with robiola and hazelnut foam, very good and tasty, and a first course, ravioli with cheese, pepper and crispy Jerusalem artichoke which seem easy but are actually a tricky dish. All the flavors were very balanced and you could taste both the cheese and the pepper. the Jerusalem artichoke was quite neutral but provided crunch and went very well with the other flavours. Highly recommended. Followed by rabbit roll, celeriac and potato polenta and Trentino-style cod, these are also two amazing dishes. To finish, 2 desserts, a perfect tenerina (my wife is a tenerina expert as well as a great lover) and a cinnamon semifreddo with plums... which was the icing on the cake of my dinner. Never eaten in my life but absolutely worth trying again as the mix of flavors creates a sublime effect in the mouth for me. We will definitely be back.

11/12/2024: We are a couple without kids. We were looking for a unique and quiet place to explore he landscape by car and mountainbike. We loved everything in locando del molino. The warm welcome, the kindness of the stuff the wonderful, detailed restored mill, the delicious meals makes the stay unforgetable. We recommed to book the half board. We definitly plan to come back. 04/12/2024: I stayed with them last weekend, very clean and beautiful room, with all the comforts, mini bar full of drinks, tea and coffee. We also booked at the restaurant and I guarantee you that it is a real gem, everything is delicious and the prices are right for what they offer. The staff is very kind and very helpful.
