04/05/2025: Small restaurant/wine shop in the center of Bolgheri....nice and welcoming. Typical dishes of the area and a large platter for 2 delicious people: excellent cured meats... a very fresh burrata and toasted crunchy bread croutons. Wine with 10e praise. Price is not cheap but we know that it is a bit like that here for the very touristy and niche area.

25/05/2025: We went to Osteria degli Usignoli on Sunday evening, my boyfriend and I, after a day spent out and about. We were dressed decidedly “casual” and I must say that as soon as we arrived I felt a little uncomfortable: the environment is very well-kept and all the other customers were well-groomed. The place definitely has an elegant air, more for a special occasion than a quick dinner. That said… the location is wonderful! An old mill surrounded by greenery, quiet and romantic, truly evocative. As soon as we sat down they brought us a small entrée offered by the house: a ricotta and mushroom mousse with mini crackers. Delicious and a very nice welcome! I had a tagliata and my boyfriend a really tasty cockerel, accompanied by a very good sauce and French fries. As a side, we both had grilled vegetables. Generous portions and well-made dishes. The only flaw of the evening was perhaps the service. Even though we were the only ones when we arrived, it took more than 45 minutes before we could eat. The waiters were kind, but the long waits put us off a bit. In the end we spent 64 euros for two, with only water and no wine. Honestly a bit expensive for Cesena, but the place is so special that it partly justifies it. One last thing: the owner. A wonderful, very kind woman, with whom we had a chat at the end of the evening. You can tell she loves what she does and she really made us feel welcome. In short, I would gladly go back — maybe next time with a slightly more elegant look and ready to wait calmly. Because, despite everything, the experience was beautiful.

30/05/2025: Amazing service! People here are very polite but at the same time you can feel the Italian vibe. Food is amazing! When we entered the restaurant, they gave us a glass of prosseco as a welcome drink. At the end they gave us three bottles of digestives to drink some shots without even paying for it.

30/04/2025: Just spent 2 wonderful days at Bergman Mtn Hotel . I have been to Cervinia several times and this is by far my favorite hotel . The location is perfect- ski in / out and Alessandro and his team were outstanding. Alessandro even took me to the local ski shop to rent my equipment and offer suggestions. Breakfast was excellent and my one dinner at the hotel was very good . Can not wait to return.

The moment we met Alessandro and Nicoletta they felt like family- their hospitality and kindness are unmatched and we will forever remember it! We always loved Italy and love it even more now because of them and this special place! Praying the Lord blesses our new friends and their wonderful hotel!! 20/05/2025: Bella macelleria con tavoli in un Dehors piacevole e ben curato, ottima carne a prezzi corretti, ben impiattata, servizio veloce e preciso, mi sembra anche buona proposta di vini dei quali non ho potuto approfittare essendo pranzo di lavoro, ma soprattutto una cordialità, gentilezza, disponibilità e simpatia da parte dei proprietari e di chi ti serve decisamente non comune, complimenti a tutti voi, mi è sembrato di conoscervi da una vita nonostante fosse per me la prima volta, se foste a Bologna, dove risiedo, sarei un vostro cliente abituale, mi auguro di poter tornare presto a mangiare da voi, bravi bravi.
