31/12/2024: Historic restaurant in the center of Florence, apparently friendly, poor service, high price, considering that there were 8 of us and we only ate 2 steaks with baked potatoes and some desserts to share which in my opinion was a terrible end to the dinner... the tiramisu vinsanto is practically pure alcohol

07/01/2025: Trattoria dell'oca is a charming and intimate trattoria nestled in the heart of Chiaia. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with exposed brick walls, soft lighting, and friendly service. We started with their focaccia, and it was a revelation! The thin, crispy crust was perfectly seasoned and topped with generous slices of melt-in-your-mouth lardo colonato. The wine list was also a highlight, featuring a curated selection of wines from all over Italy suited to the food served. Trattoria dell'oca is the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a casual meal with friends. Highly recommend!

25/01/2025: Beautiful place, great research into raw materials, the waiters are friendly and helpful young people. I also had the pleasure of meeting two humble and professional members of the kitchen staff. The salami, bottarga and porchetta, all made with tuna, are truly exceptional, obviously you cannot produce everything so they come from a well-known producer of salted and cured tuna but this does not detract from the professionalism of the kitchen. The tagliatelle with octopus ragù were delicious and balanced in all the ingredients. The kitchen works properly and was able to easily resolve the two small misunderstandings I had with the owner. Finally, I was there to have dinner and not to exchange ideas or anything else. Obviously I recommend it thanks to the hard work of the kitchen. I conclude by saying that you never know which client you have in front of you, even if on the surface it doesn't seem like who knows what character it is always better to be transparent and full of humility. Well done to everyone and highly recommended.

17/01/2025: I find myself writing this review after some time but I think it's worth doing! I found myself in this restaurant in August 2024, the food is truly excellent and the staff very kind and knowledgeable. I'm sorry I don't have more photos but it's certainly a place I recommend both for the people and for the good food as well as the selection of wines.

29/01/2025: The #1 place not to go in Pienza. In the restaurant, there is no cooking, just the sound of the microwave oven running. It looks like it's frozen or just reheated and the taste is very bad. They say there are many other delicious restaurants, so just go somewhere else. The wine is delicious, of course.

Typical Tuscan dishes cooked with mastery and great taste and sublimity. An explosion of flavor and quality! A round of applause for the tagliata, exceptional! Everything delicious.
