01/01/2025: We went for dinner on December 31st. Very disappointed by the food, ordinary, and the atmosphere, not very refined. The glasses for the toast arrived after midnight. Used to going to restaurants throughout the year, the price-quality ratio is absolutely not adequate.

28/12/2024: Ceremony location, enviable view. Elegant and well-kept outdoor spaces. Inside there is a convivial atmosphere. The staff is professional and very attentive to every customer need. Each dish offered is illustrated with obsessive precision and enthusiasm by the restaurant manager. The service is efficient and precise with times. The portions are generous, the quality and freshness of the fish are unquestionable. Courtesy reigns supreme at the castle tavern, we were honored with a delicious "entrée" and a final bubble which contributed to making our dinner even more pleasant and tasty. Prices related to the quality and quantity of what you eat and drink. There are not many seats, it helps to create a pleasant atmosphere and quality service but it is obvious that booking is also worthwhile on midweek. Five stars well deserved. I would undoubtedly become long-winded in the description of each dish because everything was really excellent, the photos speak for themselves. Congratulations and see you soon.

18/01/2025: Discovered by chance while I was looking for a place to have dinner after returning from a business trip from sad Switzerland, it turned out to be a brewery with a choice of excellent beers. Plus their fried calzones aka cafoncini are mind-blowing! Highly recommended!!

16/12/2024: It was the first time but I hope for a series because I had a great time, few times have I eaten so well and found meaning in the individual dishes and in the entire journey. I would like to give a separate note of importance to the scallop and lemon curd, then the tarte tatin from the small patisserie was truly special.

09/10/2024: We received a friendly and warm welcome. Even though we arrived late, we were still allowed to eat something in the restaurant. Rooms are large and duplex-like. Breakfast in the morning on the terrace. A real gem!

14/01/2025: Osteria located in the center of Agliano Terme, at the top of a hill, with breathtaking views of Monferrato. The place is clean, welcoming and charming. We had a wonderful dinner from starter to dessert, noting the quality of the raw materials. Very kind and helpful staff.

28/12/2024: I could define the place as "perfect". You can't book but there are small tables and you can eat directly on site or you can opt to take away on the beach. Parking is not very easy to find but it is very worth trying everything they offer. A 10/10 quality of each dish, also the very cheap price for the quality it offers. They only make pizza in the evening but you can request to fry the calzone dough, which is truly spectacular. The people who work there are also fantastic, very nice and helpful, plus it's a family-run place. I will definitely be back!

25/12/2024: We went for lunch on Christmas Day. The menu had therefore been prepared for that occasion. So, elegant and refined environment, courteous, competent and truly passionate staff about the work they do. The menu prepared for Christmas Day was of rare refinement, from the welcome cocktail to the sweets made by them, through to the various delicacies that made up the menu. Personally, due to the work I have done in the past, I believe I have a good knowledge, at an international level, of what a gala lunch should be like having taken part in the work at the European Commission and in all the capitals of the European Union. I must say that the overall management of the lunch and the dishes prepared would not have disfigured at all, on the contrary, if compared with the numerous official lunches in which I took part. Truly many congratulations and best wishes for prosperity. Obviously going back is certainly a must given the extraordinary experience. Portuguese Tiberius

16/01/2025: I admit that I was expecting something more.....the meatballs to my taste lacked salt.....especially the ones with sauce.....for goodness sake the meat is of high quality....but I expected a lot in more.....and at 11pm they asked us to leave because they were closing......I understand though......2 plates of mixed meatballs, a plate of pasta with pesto, 2 desserts and 1 coffee, 73 .00 euros.....not really little......
