29/04/2025: The environment is undoubtedly perfect, everything in its place in rustic and familiar rooms, with hanging pots and drapes, antique tools restored and reused as cabinets or furnishing objects, photos of the past... Outside a pergola with tables perfect for summer evenings, on the walls all the awards obtained over time. Even though there are more rooms, it is difficult to find a place if you have not booked well in advance, even during the week. The menu is written in italics on a very nice notebook, it is not very vast but has excellent dishes. The trio of tortellini was a good choice, with different and unexpected flavors (ricotta, spinach and speck + pumpkin and amaretto + asparagus) and the portion is more than right given the size of the pasta. Cod with polenta is different from the Vicenza creamed cod in that it remains softer and tastier. The Rosi dessert with chocolate cream and amaretto is good, the consistency is a bit soft which I don't like but the taste was there. Prices are quite average

26/04/2025: Everything was delicious, the appetizers were plentiful and with a variety of products, the very kind owner made us sit, finding a table despite the crowd, and offered us some glasses of wine they produced, which was much appreciated. Thank you!

13/05/2025: Exceptional. There were 4 of us; we shared 2 appetizers and took a first course each. Excellent selection and quality of products, the pici were fabulous. A mention also to the owner who served us and welcomed us making us feel at home.

03/05/2025: I have known Andrea and Olimpia for years and it is one of the best culinary realities in Monferrato. I had never tried the new outdoor aperitif formula, much easier and more youthful. In addition to the freshest cocktails, Andrea delighted us with numerous palettes of cured meats and cheeses, delicious fried foods and small plates of vegetables prepared with some particularity/delicate preparation that make this place unique in the Alessandria panorama. So we chose the formula with pasta and final dessert and we were served agnolotti or gnocchi with castelmagno of our choice and a hazelnut semifreddo with melted chocolate poured on the spot.. All under the pergola enjoying the sunset and the beautiful greenery around the venue.. At a price of around 30 euros per person (formula 21 euros cocktail + starter, first course, dessert, water, coffee and wine separately..) which is an excellent price for what we ate. Well done Andrea who innovates in tradition!! 👍👍

22/05/2025: Crazy! The sfincioni are delicious but the thing I loved the most was the cookie with melon jelly! I would also like to say a few words about the kindness and helpfulness of the girl who waited for us even though we warned that we would arrive at closing time and who patiently explained to us what was in each piece! They also have many vegan cakes, arancini, ravazzate and cannoli! Truly a vegan paradise! Be careful to ask before ordering because it seems they also have some non-vegan products, even if it does not seem to be clearly indicated.

19/05/2025: Super surprised by the variety and quality of vegan products!! Very good and typical of Palermo. The staff is super kind and helpful too. Super recommended place, not to be missed if vegans in Palermo Super recommended for vegans visiting Palermo to try typical local food!! They also have vegans desserts, cakes and vegan icecreams like cornettos

24/05/2025: When the waiter heard that we wanted coffee and tiramisu, he got angry and removed the tablecloth from our table and said that this is a restaurant and that those who do not eat do not deserve tablecloths.

20/05/2025: I recommend booking early if possible - very popular - and for the room below with particularly elegant and suggestive vaults. Excellent value for money, starters in general with fair portions, first courses equally. Friendly and fast service. I recommend the starter with Parma.

27/04/2025: Sunday lunch out of town with friends. Nice place in the middle of the salt marsh with a splendid view from the large windows. The room is a bit noisy, they should provide acoustic panels. Friendly and pleasant staff. Very average food. I mention a truly microscopic sea bass fillet, almost below the limit of shame. However, fresh and well-made food. If I had the chance to go back, I would think about it!

08/05/2025: Beautiful and welcoming location, excellent food and good prices! Top staff, excellent wines, I drank a susumaniello rosé which to define as exquisite is an understatement, the dishes were very carefully prepared and well presented. Experience to repeat!

16/04/2025: Buseto is a real gem in Pigneto. Soft and tasty meat cooked at low temperature, rich and enveloping polenta with braised meat, but the real protagonists were the off-menu pork chops: simply perfect. The cocktails are also excellent, refined and balanced. To try and try again!

07/05/2025: Very very satisfied. Had dinner with 7 friends, greeted with elegance and courtesy. The service is definitely over the top. The white tablecloths were appreciated. The cuisine stands out with a short menu that is nevertheless adequate to satisfy various needs. All the 8 dishes chosen were tasty and well cooked. The wine list is excellent. Highly recommended.
