We went for lunch, having an appetizer, first course, second course, and dessert...
Everything was good except the tagliolini with crab, which was really very salty...
We pointed out to the lady who asked us if everything was okay with each dish that the pasta water had probably been over-salted, but knowing it was late, we didn't ask to have it remade (and she didn't offer to do so anyway).
I gave it 3 stars and no more because I didn't appreciate the attitude of a person who shows maximum attention to customer satisfaction as long as he receives compliments (which we've done for other dishes because we're honest) but at the first criticism shows no understanding and makes no effort to correct a mistake that can happen.
We didn't expect him to take it off our bill since we ate it anyway so as not to have to make it again, but we would have appreciated him even offering to buy dessert, a salad, or a cover charge.
Attention in this job makes the difference because, thank God, Italy is full of good restaurants, but what's as important as the quality of the dishes are the details.
He only said thank you for pointing it out, so I wonder why someone asks if everything is okay if they don't then take action to correct the mistakes.
Closing the bill at €90 or €95 instead of the €100 we paid (without wine and drinks) wouldn't have made a big difference financially, but it certainly would have been appreciated.

We dined at this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience didn't live up to it.
I ordered tagliolini with shrimp and scallops: the pasta was presented as a single, compact block in the center of the plate, unappealing to the eye and awkward to eat. It was also excessively salty.
We also ordered salads and fries for the main course, but they were served with the first course. This meant the fries got cold while we were still eating the pasta.
Once the first course was finished, the dishes remained on the table for a long time without being cleared, which certainly doesn't contribute to a good service experience.
The atmosphere is pleasant and refined, but we didn't like the dishes and the service.

A good restaurant, a bit pretentious and quite expensive; but the food is good, very well-prepared, and the welcome is friendly. A lovely garden, fast service. You'll have a great time.

I'd like to give it 6 stars, but alas, it's impossible. It's a refined and elegant place. We were in the area and discovered it by chance, but we couldn't have been luckier. The service was welcoming and professional. The food was absolutely incredible. The creamed cod melted in your mouth, and the "capannina" appetizer was truly excellent. For our first course, we tried the paccheri with calamari, cherry tomatoes, and Taggiasca olives, and they were truly sublime. Congratulations, we hope to return in the future, and this time it won't be by chance!
