Casa Ippolito in Aprilia Marittima di Latisana is a delightful discovery. The setting is modern, well-maintained, and very clean, ideal for both a casual dinner and a special evening. The staff is distinguished by their kindness and courtesy, always attentive and helpful. The cuisine is truly top-notch: the beef fillet with green peppercorns was simply exceptional, tender and flavorful. The beef tartare was also excellent, fresh and well-balanced. The grilled chicken was delicious, and the pasta carbonara was surprisingly tasty. A restaurant I definitely recommend: the quality, atmosphere, and service make Casa Ippolito a place I'll gladly return to.

Great restaurant, delicious food. The pizza was top-notch, simply amazing. The steaks were exceptionally tender and perfectly prepared. Highly recommended. The service was perfect, as was the atmosphere. They're also great for kids. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend this restaurant. (We ate here twice during our vacation) because we weren't in the area.

We had an incredible lunch with our daughter, who was celebrated by the entire staff once they found out about her birthday. The pasta with sea urchins was amazing! Thanks to all the staff for the unprecedented welcome.

I was a regular at the restaurant for two years (I had my boat in the Aprilia Marina). The food and service were always excellent. After a year, I returned with my family (11 people) to celebrate my 80th birthday and was greeted like an old friend. A family member whispered this to the manager. Almost within minutes, the crew began a singing performance. It was fantastic. Oh, and yes. The food was, as always, excellent. Not a single member of the family had any complaints. If I get the chance again, I will definitely visit the restaurant again.
