02/07/2025: Good pizza, excellent cooking in a wood-fired oven in view in the dining room, top-quality ingredients. Possibility of gluten-free pizza dough on request. A menu with a decent selection but not too vast, not only pizzas but also second courses. Fast and punctual service, helpful and efficient staff. The sorbets made on the spot at the counter (coffee, lemon, bayless and after eight flavours) are really good and delicious, absolutely fresh and creamy, recommended given the hot summer period. Pizza + water + sorbet + cover charge = €20 I recommend it: "Io si"

28/06/2025: We've been there twice and it was a great experience. Good pizzas, good service, and a local atmosphere. Good prices and good portions.

28/06/2025: In the area for work we stop at this restaurant for lunch as it is close to the hotel where we are staying. Tables in the garden with a tent, the atmosphere is very nice even if when it is hot you can hear it a lot down there. A menu is not brought, a few dishes are offered, a take-away menu brought only after ordering and we discover many other dishes not offered. As advice I would say to leave a complete menu to the customer, at most the variations of the day are exposed verbally. Cacio e pepe unfortunately too liquid, while the squid ink is good. Very small bathroom along the corridor. The service is however kind and present. I count for a total of €40 per person, I do not argue about the amount, but since I did not have a menu the prices are not known, if you also give me a total amount without a detail the customer will never know the cost of each individual course.

02/05/2025: Unfortunately I cannot be satisfied. The room has an awning above, the ground is uneven, the bathroom is unwatchable and therefore not a good environment. The food is decent - the chef has several certificates on display - but with several defects (meatballs not good, cod not good, rest ok) but the service is done by elderly people who are not up to par with poor service. Dirty cup of cheap coffee. I don't recommend

18/06/2025: I don't understand the good review. Pastazien brioche with a strange orange pistachio filling. Otherwise, the other items also tasted very artificial. There are so many good pastry shops in Trieste. Just go to any other one. Way too expensive. None of the items were convincingly tasty. One small consolation: The staff was very nice. The coffee was also quite good.

Homemade ice cream with over 100 years of activity, many flavors and very good, you can taste the milk and everything else. Every so often they have new flavors that I recommend trying. The ice cream shop is equipped with services, tables both inside and outside, they do not have table service. Friendly and kind staff, family business. For locals who know other Arnoldo ice cream shops, each ice cream shop has a different production and the ice cream is very different. Large portions, price in line with other ice cream shops.

Delicious and very digestible pizzas; fast and accurate service; reasonable prices; very friendly staff (even though I don't go there regularly, Mr. Franco, kind and smiling, always remembers us). The outdoor area is welcoming. It's always a pleasure to go back

12/06/2025: SUBLIME. Perfect in every way. Great location, suitable for groups but also for an intimate dinner. Excellent service. Kind, friendly and attentive staff. Food...wowwwww the pizza was fabulous I took it with whole wheat dough. Deserves 10.

12/06/2025: Walking through the alleys of Muggia we came across this beautiful little place: we had some wine, a platter of cold cuts and cheeses that was a sight to behold and a chocolate cake. Everything was delicious and looked after in detail, the platter was one of the most beautiful and good I have ever eaten! The staff is so friendly and kind that it makes you feel at home, the prices are reasonable. We will definitely be back!

08/06/2025: Not sure what was the best, the food, the service or the staff. My wife is a vegetarian and we got a custom made vegetarian aperitivo plate that was simply amazing. I'd recommend the focaccia bread with truffle paired with the muggia local wine.

28/06/2025: We had dinner (couple), taking a first course and a dessert, food without infamy and without praise for the menu.... but the lady who takes the orders makes you want to get up and leave. If you don't want to welcome guests with a minimum of courtesy and you are a restaurateur I think it's time to think about it! I don't think I'll be back...

11/06/2025: Our experience at this pizzeria was unfortunately not positive. Three of us entered with the idea of ​​spending a quiet evening, but the welcome was cold and unpleasant. The staff made us sit in a small room with rather rude and hasty ways, rushing us right from the start and creating an unpleasant atmosphere. We waited a long time both to order and to receive the dishes, without anyone paying us any particular attention. Furthermore, the staff's responses were always rude and haughty, with an unprofessional attitude that further worsened the experience. I ordered a pizza, while another of the group ordered a fish-based dish. The dishes didn't even arrive together, and overall the service was unpleasant and careless. The pizza was average, nothing special, while the fish dish was decidedly bland and tasteless. When I politely asked for extra oil to season the pizza, the waiter responded in a heated and inappropriate tone, saying, “What, you don’t like the pizza? Is there something wrong?” — a completely inappropriate response to a simple request. Finally, it should be noted that there is no Wi-Fi available and there is virtually no data connection in the area, making it difficult to even communicate or make an online payment. Overall, we did not feel welcomed or comfortable. A disappointing experience that we would not recommend.

28/06/2025: Franchise brand, which has several pizzerias including Trieste and Udine. The pizzeria is in a convenient location, about 600 meters from Piazza Unità d'Italia and in a lively area full of small restaurants. We arrived at 10 pm without a reservation, the restaurant was full, but they immediately seated us by offering us their classic welcome prosecco. The list of vegan pizzas has expanded considerably since the last time I went to Assaje (in Udine) and the choice is truly inviting. Furthermore, each pizza can be requested gluten-free. Good GF dough, but super toppings. I chose a gluten-free and vegan pizza with 3 tomatoes: the vegan mozzarella was truly out of this world, delicious! At the end of the dinner they offer a selection of liqueurs and gummy candies. Congratulations for the desire to be increasingly inclusive Recommended 👍🏻
