31/05/2026: Great place, top-notch service. The food is delicious, the pizza is first-class, the pasta is also excellent, and the bruschetta is superb. It's worth visiting and trying these delicious treats. I highly recommend them!

03/05/2026: Overall, the food was fine, though not every dish was equally tasty. 3 stars because a €2.50 service charge per person was automatically added to the bill. The service wasn't bad, but I never would have given that €10 tip myself. It wasn't worth it.
30/04/2026: Excellent restaurant on the Grand Canal. The food is excellent, the service is even better. Very friendly, helpful and just fast enough to give you a break between meals. I would be happy to come back.

11/05/2026: We were celebrating a family birthday. When we arrived, a little late, it was crowded, but the reserved table was available. Despite the crowd, we were served quickly. The mixed platter of cured meats, jota, frittatas, and desserts were excellent, served with kindness and attentiveness. Splendid location.

02/06/2026: A very welcoming restaurant with extremely kind and helpful staff. The spaghetti alla marinara is delicious, and the mussels are exceptional. The fried food is also perfect, not greasy and crispy. I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: A very charming place with attention to detail. The owner was very kind and friendly.
We shared bites of buffalo mozzarella seasoned with olive oil and oregano, which were delicious, and ate sandwiches with hand-sliced local prosciutto, delicious—I'd say they were top quality!
The red wine was very good.
Highly recommended.

18/04/2026: Wait time was soo long. The caffe lattes were very good, but the brioche was the worst one I have ever had. We have taken the pistachio ones. They were stale, the cream didn’t taste like pistachio at all (it literally had the taste of crema). So only the color matched. What a shame after we have also waited 30 minutes
Maybe the other pastries and cakes are better, but this was a horrid experience for us. I would avoid buying brioches from here.

20/04/2026: On Saturday evening, we had a truly fantastic evening in a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere! The owners are both professional and very friendly!
The fish ljublianka is highly recommended, and the tiramisu is a true delight...
If you're in Trieste, you absolutely must stop by.
18/04/2026: The food was poor considering the 88 euro bill. The restroom was also awful. Overall, not worth recommending.

08/05/2026: I couldn't have found a worse place.
A sort of fixed menu for €18, including an embarrassing cod tartine and something that should have been a sautéed mussels.
When we asked for a bottle of wine, the waiter insisted on "cashing in right away"... never happened in my life! I felt ashamed for them... never, ever again in this awful place.
Grand finale: we were served two portions of calamari and the question was "What do you want, two squids too?"... Shame on you!
06/05/2026: When you come to the restaurant after shopping🙈 and you come at a time when it is closed, but the restaurant is family-run, it is run by our people, wrestle and when the owner tells you that it is not a problem, he will arrange something, and he will arrange a delicious fish platter for two and treat you to an excellent cod spread. 13/04/2026: An evening with friends spent in a welcoming place with friendly and efficient staff! It's nice to relive the experiences of the '80s when sandwich shops first emerged! Extensive menu with a variety of choices.
07/04/2026: I love this place, but I must say that they probably reduced the amount of ham in the sandwich to save money: two slices, even small ones, seems a bit too little to me; you couldn't even taste the ham. I was a bit disappointed (the ham was reduced for the increased price). The price of the fries (€6.50) seems really excessive, so much so that we didn't order them. The cover charge also seems a bit high (€1.50) for a paper placemat.
