14/10/2025: We had an amazing lunch here one Saturday afternoon quality was top notch, the service was professional and attentive, and the setting was just lovely. The seafood lasagna was a real stand out, although all the dishes were absolutely delicious.

03/10/2025: I'd say it's my favorite. Compared to others, it definitely has a smaller selection, but I like it for its cooked dishes and mixed cooked/raw menu. Excellent service, a cozy and clean place. Excellent, good-quality food. It's always a joy to go there.

13/09/2025: Given that I've been a customer for years, I must admit that they offer authentic Japanese cuisine. This is due to the simplicity of the dishes, the quality of the ingredients, and the correct rice cooking procedures. The fish is excellent and always fresh. A tip from a loyal customer is to add a few different types of maki. Highly recommended!

31/08/2025: A very nice restaurant right next to the impressive lighthouse. The house wine and cuisine are highly recommended. The service is very friendly, and everything is exceptionally clean.

01/10/2025: The staff were helpful; the place was always crowded, resulting in a somewhat rushed but good food. I'd also add that the staff was extremely knowledgeable, even when faced with difficulties. I'm referring to an unexpected hailstorm, and they calmly accommodated everyone in the small restaurant. Well done!

05/10/2025: Family-run restaurant where you can eat excellent fish at a reasonable price. Excellent fried food. Pasta with swordfish and eggplant is more than delicious. Trieste-style octopus. Superlative mussels. And let's not even talk about the owner, a very kind and friendly lady who has the ability to establish a very friendly relationship with her customers. 10 out of 10.

05/10/2025: I stopped by this restaurant on a whim, but it was so delicious and comfortable that I ended up staying longer. Every meal was delicious, but the baked cod and pasta were especially exquisite. If I'm ever in Trieste again, I'll definitely come back. I hope you all enjoy it too!

28/09/2025: A really nice little place. A bit hidden away, as there are no billboards. The starter was very good. My grilled calamari could have been a bit softer and spicier, but that's just complaining at a high level. A very friendly, family-run restaurant. Highly recommended.

13/09/2025: We were fortunate enough to visit this wonderful cave exclusively; there were just the two of us and our guide. He was exceptional, knowledgeable; his sensitivity and respect for the place and the animals that live there made the visit so interesting that we forgot to take photos, and, ironically, in hindsight, it made the tour of other caves less magical. Respect that goes far beyond tourist interest. He left us with wonderful memories. Congratulations!

28/09/2025: Excellent pasta alla marinara. It tasted fantastic, the best we've ever tasted. However, one of the waiters seemed quite overwhelmed given the massive crowd, even though she was extremely friendly.

08/10/2025: Great little restaurant right in the centre. Friendly staff , very attentive! Local food , the stinco di maiale is delicious. The local soup ,Jota , as well highly recommended!

23/09/2025: Nice and cosy restaurant in the Trieste downtown. Not so many options to choose from the menu, but everything we tried was great. Plenty of wine offered.

05/10/2025: Banquet service for a wedding on September 28, 2025, with 85 guests, at Villa Bonomo in Trieste. PURO's service was impeccable: aperitif and welcome in the villa's garden, followed by full table service inside, and finally the cake and open bar with a savory buffet. The staff were kind and professional, both in their manner and attire, and the quality of the food was recognized by the guests. I would also like to highlight the interaction with the owner, MAX, who was always available to address our needs, despite some of our concerns. All of this gave us complete peace of mind, gradually building high expectations, which were completely fulfilled.
