20/05/2025: This is the most wonderful bakery and coffee shop for breakfast in Trieste. Their amazing baked goods are freshly made using the highest quality products. Coming from California where there is nothing like this, I just love to watch the energy of the all female staff, they work at the speed of light! Best experience in Trieste!

08/06/2025: Historic trattoria, when you enter the place it takes you back in time .... The staff is very kind and professional. My appetizer "tentacles with burrata" really amazing very soft octopus with a mix of flavors emulsion of basil and burrata. My wife had the classic sardoni in savor good delicate not too greasy from here we understood that there is a cook in the kitchen. The first courses, I had the ranking pasta allo scoglio really good very intense taste as I like very abundant dish mussels, squid, clams, shrimp. The wife had pasta with clams and broccoli "original" very good intense taste. Second course, we had fried calamari what can I say ... excellent fried fresh oil not exhausted good Out of curiosity I had two scallops au gratin, too bad I didn't like them, for my taste too much breadcrumbs and above all I felt a hint of butter that had nothing to do with it. Excellent sparkling "Glera" The price is average

08/07/2025: The food was great. We arrived after 3 p.m. and one waiter refused to serve us, but the second one resolved the situation and we finally managed to eat dinner. Other than that, everything was positive.

08/07/2025: The restaurant's Google listing says it's open until 10 p.m., but we had trouble getting dinner at 3 p.m. The service was unpleasant, and only the owner took notice of us. The food was tasty, but the portions were small.

10/05/2025: Dinner with friends. Nice place, real farmhouse environment, courteous and friendly staff, and that's no small thing! Traditional dishes: very good mixed cold cuts, jota, sausage with sauerkraut and potatoes in "tecia", wine and grappa. Shared cold cuts, 1 dish each, enough wine, water and grappa for 16 euros each. It seems more than honest to me.

27/05/2025: Maybe a tourist can be satisfied but for someone born in Trieste nothing special the beer was expired sour maybe the bottom of the keg the meat was average... Sad the rudeness of the waitress welcomed... or rather not welcomed sulky sour without a word, probably in the wrong job

31/05/2025: Terrible experience, ordered pizzas at 7pm and delivered at 9:15pm. I opened them and half of the pizzas were completely burnt, I called the pizzeria because after two hours I would not accept burnt pizzas and they told me that they had made a lot of pizzas that evening and that was how it went. Takeaway is highly discouraged
