Honestly the best sushi in Trieste. The quality of the food is excellent, all fresh ingredients and compositions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also very very delicious. Very kind and attentive staff. It immediately became the go-to place to eat sushi in the city. Absolutely recommended

25/03/2024: Food: delicious gnocchi and pasta carbonara. You have to wait more than 30 minutes for the food because the pasta is prepared by hand. We waited for 1 hour. Location: convenient, relatively close to the station. Prices: in my opinion, alcohol is expensive. For a glass - from 5 to 7 euros. For pasta, the prices are normal for a restaurant. In general: a good restaurant, worth a visit if you are in Trieste.
