My wife and I spent two days in Trieste. The highlight was definitely the restaurant. Friendly, attentive, and absolutely delicious. They catered to our every need. Italian, German, and English were no problem. The atmosphere was fantastic. This is Bella Italia! 👍🏼

It looks like a simple tagliata, but it's actually an excellent tagliata! I thoroughly enjoyed this dinner, and the service was excellent. I've booked again.

We ate two excellent sandwiches and really good fries....we had a great time!!! The waitress was very friendly.

We ate very well spaghetti with house sauce anchovies sausage ragù chili tomato 🍅 wonderful roast pork 🐷 with fried polenta and very good French fries galera white wine excellent all for 2. Very satisfied. We will return on Friday evening for the fish grill 🎏

During the Olio Capitale fair, we stayed at a hotel near this Trattoria. We were returning home tired from the event, so one evening we decided to find somewhere close to eat and go to bed. A few steps later, we found Trattoria Primavera: from the outside, it seemed like the perfect place to eat well and spend a fair amount. And so it was! Inside, there's a counter with classic appetizers, made the way they used to be: • Breaded eggplant • Meatloaf • Fried zucchini The whole thing was perfect for an aperitif before sitting down to dinner. At the table, we were surprised: we ordered a tagliata and a fillet with parmesan cream, mushrooms, and porcini mushrooms. They turned out to be excellent dishes, and above all, plentiful! As a side dish, we ordered a second portion of pan-fried sauerkraut: homemade with sausage!! Amazing! Cabernet Franc on tap: worth a try. After refueling, we made friends with the regulars, and being in Trieste, when you start to get along with people, it's an unforgettable experience. The amount of homemade grappa we drank, sourced from the nearby region, hasn't been officially revealed yet... but the evening was both engaging and unforgettable. Well done!!

Family seafood dinner on a Friday. Everything was excellent, but the trio of fish tartare was a true culinary gem! Friendly and impeccable service. Well done!
