La Bussola 2012 In Muggia

Last night we tried this restaurant, one of the few that is open on Mondays. I really liked the spaghetti allo scoglio. The carpaccio was also good. The mixed fried fish was tasty, the calamari was tender. The people who work in the dining room were very kind. On very hot evenings, book a table near the sea 😃.

We went to this restaurant located a few steps from the main square. It was recommended by friends from Trieste. The restaurant is very beautiful, with elegant and colorful furnishings and tableware. The terrace where we had a table offers a spectacular view. The menu has fair prices and generous portions. The seafood appetizer, consisting of 11 fish, was cold and hot, each one better than the other. Excellent wine list with biodynamic wines. We had a lovely evening. Thank you!

The food is excellent but the service is really terrible. They brought us the dishes from another table and then ours to the next table and when the customer realized he had already "forked" the spaghetti that the waiter took and gave to us! At the end of the evening the waitresses cleared the empty tables but not ours and I had to get up to ask if we could have a coffee while they still had the "skins" of the mussels on the table! Too bad because I have often gone there with friends from out of town.

I come to Muggia often for work and after trying various restaurants, I can confirm Ristorante - La Bussola di Stefano's Kitchen from the first time, I was deeply impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. The menu featured a variety of innovative dishes, with bold flavors and beautiful presentation. The attentive and knowledgeable staff made sure our meal was memorable, providing excellent recommendations and ensuring our satisfaction. I cannot recommend Ristorante - La Bussola di Stefano's Kitchen enough for a fantastic dining experience". After years, to aggi has never made a mistake. By managing to book well in advance you will be able to get a table on the terrace overlooking the sea…. Highly recommended …

Food was fresh and tasty. Service 11 out of 10 Was one of the most fabulous pasta I’ve ever ate in my life. Definitely will come back

The view is amazing, the location is super, all the tables were occupied and we took the last one and the most interesting thing is that the service was fast, the recommendations for food and drinks are amazing🤩 This is the best place in Muggia❤️❤️❤️
