12/10/2025: Signora Claudia served alone and didn't leave anyone waiting unnecessarily; she was quick, friendly, and attentive. Delicious traditional food. The appetizer is a must-try! The main course, our meat, was tender and everything was flavorful and well-seasoned. Thanks to the chef. We didn't have pizza, but they looked delicious at other tables. We had reserved a table.

19/02/2026: Suffice it to say that they make some of the best craft beers I've ever had. For a brewery, I think that's already enough to deserve excellence. The food offers a full menu for a sandwich shop and a very limited one for a restaurant, but it's truly delicious. The place isn't exceptional, neither for its location (parking is a nightmare) nor for the venue itself (too hot and cramped).

18/02/2026: If you want to eat a great burger and drink great beer, then Birrificio Gregorio is the right choice! Personally, I love the location: it has a slightly rock/industrial feel, low lighting, plenty of tables but not too many, making it suitable for both group and couples dinners. The menu offers a wide selection of burgers, each better than the last, with new additions depending on the season. The names are very fun, and the pairings are SUPER and never predictable! The beers are all craft and will please any palate. The appetizer options are also excellent (especially the chicken wings). The staff is young, super friendly, kind, and incredibly helpful. I recommend always booking (perhaps well in advance if you're with a large group) as the place is always busy and operates two shifts, if I'm not mistaken, to ensure a proper flow of people. The bill is absolutely in line with the type of place and the products offered. Birrificio Gregorio is always a guarantee!

05/04/2026: Felice's pizza and schiacciata are always the best, a now historic Fidentino restaurant known by all and esteemed, I have doubts about the cleanliness of the kitchen given all the traffic of the restaurant but even the dining room is cleaned little or not at all, very sloppy service without any attention as it comes to more or less unprofessional terrible management

14/06/2026: A sure thing: both meat and fish, appetizers, first courses, and second courses, the piadina was always brought piping hot without even ordering it...highly recommended!! Among other things, for appetizers we had the caramelized fig and squacquerone piadina; for first courses, mortadella and pistachio tortelli; eggplant ravioli with eggplant and stracciatella sauce; for second courses, pan-seared octopus with baked cherry tomatoes on a bed of mashed potatoes (I ordered the latter, truly original) and a dip (always a must in Romagna!)... Quick and polite staff.

19/04/2026: I celebrated my 18th birthday here. I invited 22 people with the €20 menu (aperitif + drink of your choice, and I had a carafe on the side). The atmosphere was great, the service was friendly and attentive, and we had a blast. Highly recommended; even though the place seems small, we all had a great time (we'll be back).
