A wonderful experience where all the different stages of processing one of the finest treasures the Parma province has to offer are explained and demonstrated. Seeing all those free-roaming cows in person is fantastic. Thanks to Davide and Monica, who passionately run this little paradise. We hope to return soon.

19/10/2025: Professional service, modern and clean venue, exceptional cured meats from Parma Black Pigs, carefully prepared and served with exquisite kindness. Well done!
12/10/2025: Signora Claudia served alone and didn't leave anyone waiting unnecessarily; she was quick, friendly, and attentive. Delicious traditional food. The appetizer is a must-try! The main course, our meat, was tender and everything was flavorful and well-seasoned. Thanks to the chef. We didn't have pizza, but they looked delicious at other tables. We had reserved a table.
