A visit to the Claudia restaurant is always an interesting and very pleasant experience, their dishes, with genuine local products, rigorously prepared by the skilled hands of Patty and the magical Lambo, take you back to a cuisine of our tradition, which combined, to their selection of wines, they make you truly love our lands!! I would also add that the truly friendly, spontaneously kind and nice staff make you feel like you were at "grandma's Sunday lunch"... Congratulations, very good...!!!

What to say tonight I had the braised deer, not to be tried again, it only tasted of a strong spice, we're not there, I'll still leave last year's review: Five stars are not enough, we ate in a divine way, sliced ​​black pork , anolini on a bed of ricotta cream, mixed fried food, with good service, I won't add anything else, definitely to be done again

Returning to Claudia, this time for lunch: appetizer of "excellence" i.e. various cured meats made from wild black pork, all excellent. For first courses, dry light anolini and Corniglia sheep roast beef, both excellent. Highly recommended

Special experience, quiet place, friendly staff. The location is ideal for those who love the woods and nature. Enchanting panorama. Excellent quality food, cold cuts that you absolutely must try, served with fried polenta and we added a light, thin white pizza that was well hydrated and highly digestible. We also tasted the shank which is carefully cooked and excellent meat. What can I say, we will definitely be back! Absolutely adequate prices.

17/02/2024: Perche' fare tanta strada per mangiare tutte le specialita romane andate li....!!!! Giro di primi da paura ottimi gustosi e abbondanti !!! Pietanze di carne cucinate in maniera fantastica Rapporto qualita'' prezzo sicuramente da considerare, andateci ne vale la pena.....
15/10/2023: Spulciando su Tripadvisor ci siamo imbattuti in questo posticino sperso tra le colline sopra Salsomaggiore…e si è rivelato una piacevole scoperta! Spaghetti cacio e pepe e alla carbonara fantastici, saltimbocca buoni, ma soprattutto coda alla vaccinara TOP! Consiglio vivamente questo posto!!!

10/03/2024: We wanted to go to the spa and looked last minute for a restaurant that was nearby. They welcomed us without a reservation and treated us very well. Both owners were super friendly. A very Italian service. It was like eating at a relative's house. I highly recommend. Very good food from starter to dessert.
