13/04/2025: Excellent experience from every point of view! The appetizer with fried cake and cured meats was simply delicious: quality products, authentic and well-balanced flavors. The guanciale, very tender, literally melted in the mouth. A special applause to the waitress Giulia, very kind and truly competent: she was able to advise us with professionalism and an ever-present smile. We will definitely be back, highly recommended!

10/02/2025: Di passaggio da Fidenza cercavamo una trattoria e recensioni positive ci hanno convinto a provare : scelta azzeccata. Mangiato veramente bene e servizio premuroso cortese e familiare da parte della giovane ragazza. Affettati buonissimi. Così come torta fritta, giardiniera fatta da loro buonissima, e anche i primi ( ravioli al Lambrusco ) veramente gustosi e ben fatti. Promossa a pieni voto. Anche il conto ! Il locale si trova in zona pedonale, accanto al Duomo di Fidenza. Però si trova parcheggio nella vicinissima strada. Se di nuovo di passaggio, ci torneremo sicuramente.

16/02/2025: Fantastica esperienza in una trattoria senza fronzoli e dalla grande cucina. Piatti tipici della zona deliziosi, dalle porzioni generose. Dopo un tagliere di salumi accompagnati da torte fritte abbiamo assaggiato i tortelli al sugo antico con i funghi porcini locali (un fuori menù, solitamente sono tagliatelle) e cappelletti in brodo, entrambi spettacolari. Per finire chiacchiere di carnevale e torta Susanna, tutto fatto in casa. Il valore aggiunto sono i gestori: Martina, compagna dello chef Davide, e suo fratello Simone ti accolgono con un calore che ti fa sentire a casa; si vede e si sente la passione che guida il loro lavoro. Bonus: Ettore, il loro bellissimo e tenerissimo cane che a fine serata è apparso come si deve a una vera mascotte ❤️ Consigliatissimo!
