In transito sulla vicina autostrada decidiamo di fare una sosta ed entrare in questo delizioso angolo di Emilia verace. Abbiamo degustato dei panini sfiziosi con prodotti locali poco reperibili altrove, come ad esempio la spalla di s.Secondo, salume per veri intenditori.

Their platter of cured meats (culatello, coppa, salami and Parma ham) and cheeses are truly excellent and of high quality in terms of raw materials. The la stria alla pala bread is also very good.

In occasione della Fiera del Camper di Parma ci siamo fermati qui per acquistare prodotti del territorio e poi abbiamo deciso fare anche un'apericena a base di focaccia, culatello, salame, prosciutto crudo e parmigiano reggiano con un buon bicchiere di vino rosso e torta sbrisolona. Tutto ottimo e di alta qualità, anche quello che ci siamo portati a casa. La signora gentilissima e molto esaudiente nella descrizione dei prodotti.

02/04/2024: The real shame is that the service can only be given 5 stars. Not that the food and the environment are any less, but Mariella and Guido have the gift of knowing how to make you feel good. You find yourself hosted as if you were at home in an atmosphere far removed from the classic restaurant or trattoria. Serenity, good food, excellent wines, little waste and lots of time available to enjoy the table and conviviality in its best expression
29/03/2024: Excellent dinner in an environment that I would define as familiar. I, who don't particularly like white wine, changed my mind thanks to the very perfect pairings proposed to us during our dinner. A beautiful discovery in the Parma Apennines.

10/03/2024: A pub with excellent beers, quality cuisine, excellent cured meats, an informal but very welcoming environment, it is certainly worth going for a beer with Mauro and his staff. There are also some gems such as the Delirium Tremens, the Carlo V and the typical German frankfurters and sausages.
