I spent some wonderful evenings at the Alfione during my stops in Parma. A truly enchanting place where you eat like God. Owners and staff who make you feel at home. The selection of wines is also excellent. I won't go too long with the explanations because this time they aren't necessary, the photos speak for themselves (unfortunately I forgot to photograph the artichokes, ABSOLUTELY worth trying...). From the cold cuts accompanied by the magnificent fried cakes, to the cutlet and the fillet with truffles... from the tortelli to the artichokes, I tried everything and was highly satisfied. Mandatory stop for anyone in Parma!

Very nice and aesthetically very nice place! Very friendly staff, we also chatted with the owner a lovely person. We shared appetizers including an excellent cut of culatello.
I honestly feel like recommending this place to all the people who pass through Parma and want to be on the safe side for a nice lunch with traditional dishes! Well done

I went to this place for the first time last night for a company dinner.
Really very nice and well-kept location but above all welcoming and clean.
The staff very friendly and competent.
The menu was quite varied with some off-menu extras including the fried artichokes which were sublime. The only flaw in my opinion (personal opinion) are the desserts: little choice and most were tarts, baked cakes and the usual sorbets or semifreddos that are now banal that you can find everywhere. You still deserve the 5 stars because overall it was a pleasant evening and everything was very good. I will definitely go back.

Came here because of the positive reviews. Our food was indeed delicious but in my opinion overpriced. The portion was small and compared to other local restaurants the prices are a bit too high. My son had ordered steak (29€) and he was still not full afterwards. The table charge is 3€ per person and we got some bread, olive oil without any plate.

La location è molto curata, sia all'interno che all'esterno. Cucina a vista e pasta tirata al momento. Ottimi gli ingredienti di sicura qualità. Affettati sublimi. Il servizio è rapido e molto curato.

Atmosfera elegante e familiare nello stesso tempo. Siamo stati con dei bimbi piccoli e ci siamo sentiti a casa. Personale gentilissimo e professionale, salumi e formaggi super, i migliori a Parma da tanto tempo. Primi e secondi piatti ottimi. Il tutto con ingredienti della tradizione ma con una interpretazione originale.
Ottima carta dei vini e dolci molto ben fatti.
Conto equilibrato ed adeguato al livello del locale.
Un consiglio: se avete ospiti a cena da fuori Parma fatevi mettere il tavolo all’interno della vecchia salumeria, l’ambientazione è davvero suggestiva.
Siamo stati benissimo e torneremo.
