A quirky, family run restaurant with an atmosphere of art and opera. The food was beautifully cooked - anolini in brodo, rolled & stuffed rabbit, pork and deserts (the chocolate souffle was memorable), the local wine (a bae era) great and the service good. The chef put in several appearances and he was full of joyful energy and wearing the most spectacular set of ‘whites’ I have ever seen. A most enjoyable evening

Excellent traditional, home-style cooking, incredibly delicious homemade pasta, the chef greets guests and presents his pasta with good humor and a great sense of humor – a fantastic atmosphere!

Intimate, elegant little spot. Everything was fantastic - especially the rolle di coniglio, carciofi gratinati, fresh pasta and the desserts.

A place we chose by chance, it turned out to be a real treat for the palate.
Fresh homemade pasta, quality ingredients cooked with refinement and skill.
Friendly and helpful staff.
A particularly pleasant atmosphere.

I was drawn in by the menu that was interesting and fruitful, there was an unexpected ambiance of opera and wine. It exceeded my expectations especially when the opera LP was reduced to a pleasant volume . The homemade pasta was cooked perfectly and the rabbit was delicate. You feel the passion from the chef and restaurant manager. The wine was exemplary. A welcoming homely destination. An experience savoured and an atmosphere appreciated, a hidden local treat of Parma

We went to this restaurant for lunch.
The Culatello DOP was excellent, the ravioli in broth was good, and the pasta (Filoma 4-flour pasta) was good, but since the menu also includes a half portion, we would have expected a slightly larger full portion.

We’ve been living in Italy for four years, and we can confidently say that the Antica Pasta della Filoma was the most exquisite and flavorful pasta dish we’ve had in the country. The Rosa di Parma was also outstanding, as was the dessert (the chocolate soufflé). The service was extremely friendly, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate and understand the challenges of having lunch with a sleepy, moody toddler. A must-go restaurant in the center of Parma.
