28/05/2026: My wife and I were there for an anniversary, and I must say it didn't disappoint. The elegant and understated atmosphere, excellent service, and highly refined dishes, not to mention the wine list, were equally impressive.
Since it was our first time, we opted for the tasting menu. I'd recommend the octopus, cod gnocchi, and eel, which were my absolute favorites.
The chef and his wife, Rita, were extremely kind, as were all the staff.

We also chatted with the owner, who is very friendly and approachable, and this, combined with the excellent service, makes the atmosphere very relaxed and comfortable. A great experience.

04/07/2026: I've been to Moloverde several times and have never found it less "heavenly."
Ludovica, the owner, a cheerful young woman and small business owner, always amazes with her kindness and professionalism.
The thing that struck me most was the Sunday beer garden. I've never had such good sandwiches. I had the chance to try several because we shared everything with friends. What can I say about the location... phenomenal. Being so close to Modena yet finding a cool environment, surrounded by greenery and far from the chaos of the city is priceless. I'll definitely be back. Well done Ludovica and all the staff!!!

07/06/2026: Well, what can I say? I'm just talking about the restaurant. We stopped for a dinner on a road trip. Everything was exceptionally delicious. The service was excellent, the location beautiful, the decor perfect for the place. The food was truly delicious, but especially the ricotta tortelloni, both with mushrooms and butter and sage, probably the top three I've ever eaten in the world, truly unique.

05/06/2026: In nearly ten years of living in Modena, I had never been to this famous restaurant located right in the city's historic center, so, taking advantage of the visit of some friends of mine, I booked a table for six.
As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a pleasant, familiar atmosphere thanks to the professionalism and friendliness of the maître d' and the wait staff.
All the dishes we chose truly lived up to the reputation of this historic restaurant, and by the end of the evening, we were very satisfied.
Thank you for the welcome, the food, and the lovely atmosphere.
