17/03/2024: An enchanting place Three steps, a door and you enter the historical memory of a city as magical as it is ungrateful in remembering what were, for some of us continue to be, moments of authentic sharing. At the end of the nineties in this place which still gathers in rare atmospheres today, trying to resist local ingratitude, and moreover still succeeding well in this aim, in that period dinners were organized with authors, from Stefano Tassinari to Carlo Lucarelli, Massimo Carlotto. And many more names of culture. Exhibitions of young and old local artists were organised. We could smell the traditional flavors for us omnivores, no more menus that are now widespread everywhere. Cappellacci, tagliatelle, salami, pinzino and strictly red wine. To this day it remains the most beautiful venue in the city. To understand and love it you must have had the fortune of inhabiting it and experiencing it then. However, there is always an emotion to experience. The cuisine remains fairly faithful to what it was, the atmosphere of the place is identical. The rest is up to those who decide to enter so as not to be absolutely disappointed. On the contrary! Be faithful to our places and inhabit them with joy.

02/04/2024: Terrible start to the season, a shame because the food was delicious. Start of fast service, the dishes arrived shortly after ordering, even though, two were missing. We wait a few minutes and ask, after checking the order they ask us to wait... 30 minutes pass and two unsolicited first courses arrive which, understanding the situation, we tell them to leave, but the waitress insists saying that they were not ours even if the number of the table she pronounced corresponded. We wait another 30 minutes and finally the right dishes arrive. At the time of the bill they presented us with the total as if nothing had happened, after asking for explanations they tried to blame the waiter, which makes no sense because the order was right and, with a certain tone of arrogance, we were asked if we had explained the all because we wanted a discount and when we replied "it would have been the minimum" they replied, always in an arrogant tone, that we had to explain everything to them first, that they couldn't do anything now and that the person we were talking to didn't know anything because at the time of the facts he was in the kitchen... but where do they prepare the dishes...?!

06/04/2024: Went to eat a piadina, but I had a really bad time, which disappointed me because I go there often and usually eat a lot. first of all the piadinas took too long to arrive and were also burnt, I repeat 50 minutes for a piadina seems too excessive to me taking into account that they only prepared take-away orders when all the people in attendance were without food. I was very disappointed because personally I usually feel very good but not this time. the ladies who ran the evening were really slow both in taking orders and in preparing and while they did so they chatted among themselves.

01/04/2024: One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted, excellent dough and toppings with high quality products. Professional, kind and attentive staff. The owner is very nice.

01/04/2024: We ate there on the evening of Easter Monday and received a warm welcome. We had 5 pizzas, all very good, as well as 4 different desserts, very delicious. Top quality/price ratio! Thanks again to the whole team ! <3

01/04/2024: This beautiful place near the center of Ferrara pleasantly surprised me. Beautiful place, very modern and very large spaces. The staff is young, very kind and prepared. The food is exceptional, the choice is very wide for all palates, with vegetarian and vegan choices. The prices are honest and consistent with the quality of the food. Vote 10.

01/04/2024: Holiday Monday lunch, pasquetta. I can't say anything against it because there were 9 of us and we all ate very well, the staff was attentive and the best thing was the chef who knew how to help us with the choice of wine and dishes. The atmosphere is very good, well decorated and clean. Spectacular restaurant.

05/04/2024: We had dinner in this delightful osteria in the center of Ferrara. The welcoming and kind staff put us at ease. Everything good from starters to desserts, good selection of wines; honorable mention for the Ferrarese pasticcio and the trifle. All at honest prices. Highly recommended.

19/10/2023: For some years now when I want to go to the seaside during the week I stop in this bathroom, I must admit that I feel good, kindness served including the guys who bring us the sunbeds by the sea, as far as the cuisine is concerned I recommend the fried food to everyone mixed, the spaghetti cacio e pepe was a huge fail

09/03/2024: Bel locale appena fuori Ferrara direzione Ravenna, immerso nella campagna ferrarese, cibo molto buono e servizio ottimo, prezzi nella norma del periodo. E consigliata la prenotazione, e in estate ci sono anche tavoli all'aperto.

07/03/2024: I only tried food experience so I can't evaluate the rooms. We ate the best creamed cod ever, but not only that, the burrata and lime shrimp risotto was excellent and also the roasted octopus on mashed potato. The off-menu items, the crudités, are also excellent... just one flaw regarding this last point: when an off-menu item is presented it is also advisable to talk about the price so as not to find a surprise at the checkout. The wine cellar is also excellent.

07/04/2024: We had lunch in this typical Ferrara tavern on Easter day. Even though the place was fully booked, we appreciated the tranquility, the smiles and the kindness of the staff. Lunch was served without waiting and above all, a quality that I appreciate very much, the different courses were served to us at the same time. Perfect value for money. Definitely coming back.
