I highly recommend sea food barbecue as well as risotto with sea food. Sarde in saor and other marinated fishes are very tasty. It’s better to book in advance.

06/04/2024: Excellent first courses (we only ate those for a quick lunch), high quality raw materials, a truly pleasant combination of flavors and aromas. Specifically, we ate tagliatelle with duck ragù and really tasty porcini mushrooms flavored with rosemary... and strozzapreti with sausage, pumpkin, chopped hazelnuts and taralli crumble. The plating and quantities are also excellent. We will definitely be back to try other delicacies.

17/03/2024: An enchanting place Three steps, a door and you enter the historical memory of a city as magical as it is ungrateful in remembering what were, for some of us continue to be, moments of authentic sharing. At the end of the nineties in this place which still gathers in rare atmospheres today, trying to resist local ingratitude, and moreover still succeeding well in this aim, in that period dinners were organized with authors, from Stefano Tassinari to Carlo Lucarelli, Massimo Carlotto. And many more names of culture. Exhibitions of young and old local artists were organised. We could smell the traditional flavors for us omnivores, no more menus that are now widespread everywhere. Cappellacci, tagliatelle, salami, pinzino and strictly red wine. To this day it remains the most beautiful venue in the city. To understand and love it you must have had the fortune of inhabiting it and experiencing it then. However, there is always an emotion to experience. The cuisine remains fairly faithful to what it was, the atmosphere of the place is identical. The rest is up to those who decide to enter so as not to be absolutely disappointed. On the contrary! Be faithful to our places and inhabit them with joy.

02/02/2024: Dinner when Ferrara is at its hottest and you enter a restaurant that is cool, a good start to a dinner. Ate a very good and pleasant dinner. Good ingredients and flavors. The wine was wonderful as was the Amaro. The service was impeccable, the staff unobtrusive but helpful. Will be happy to return. July 2023

31/03/2024: A trattoria from times gone by, genuine and authentic. The homemade tagliatelle with lamb ragout and mutton are sublime. The pumpkin cappellacci are among the best in town. The Angus steak and fillet are excellent. The desserts, chocolate and Catalan salami, a gem to try. Fast service and hospitable environment. A refined cuisine starting from the choice of raw materials at very honest prices. We were lucky to have found it, we highly recommend it.
