05/04/2024: Excellent venue! I met Moon in Ferrara, thanks to a friend of mine, passionate about gastronomy and oriental cuisine. Small but welcoming place, clean and with attention to every detail and table service, courteous and kind. Very simple cuisine, without special condiments, but really tasty: the spicy bacon is sensational! Very good at using vegetables, in all their variations, like rice. Moderate prices, also in relation to the abundant and generous portions. I highly recommend it, both to lovers of oriental cuisine in general and to the curious who want to experiment with new taste itineraries.

Exceptional food, special, extremely fresh and tasty raw food. Very reasonable prices for the quality of the food and absolutely right portions. 31/03/2024: A trattoria from times gone by, genuine and authentic. The homemade tagliatelle with lamb ragout and mutton are sublime. The pumpkin cappellacci are among the best in town. The Angus steak and fillet are excellent. The desserts, chocolate and Catalan salami, a gem to try. Fast service and hospitable environment. A refined cuisine starting from the choice of raw materials at very honest prices. We were lucky to have found it, we highly recommend it.

09/05/2024: At the beginning of May 2024, I was lucky to visit the beautiful Emilian city of Ferrara, a small jewel of Renaissance nature. The town is unique in beauty; it was the European capital of politics, culture, and gastronomy. And it is precisely of gastronomy that I would like to focus on. If you visit Ferrara you must try the ice cream. Living in England, where ice cream is made on an industrial level, I can only recognize the goodness of the ice cream made in Ferrara, which is not only creamy but has a truly unique taste. I was visiting Ferrara with my two sisters, Monica and Sabrina, on May 4th, 2024, the very day of the opening of The Palio with the blessing in the cathedral. We discovered a small ice cream shop with great taste: Sorgente Del Gelato ice cream shop. We returned home with the memory of delicious ice cream and a small souvenir of the glass cup containing the semifreddo. Sorgente Del Gelato, Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such delicious ice cream!
