11/12/2025: Dishes and platters featuring local specialties. Accompanied by tigelle or fried gnocchi, they're definitely worth the wait you'll almost certainly have to wait for a table. Good quality, fair prices, and fast service.

10/12/2025: Very nice location, modern and welcoming, the bathrooms clean and equipped with everything you need. The waiters are kind and professional. The park platter with pinzano, tigelle, and piadina was plentiful, the cured meats and cheeses were excellent, as were the accompaniments, and the beer was also good. We'll be back.

14/10/2025: On the occasions I have been there I have always eaten well, generous portions, a well-kept environment and kind and helpful staff. A stone's throw from the Canneviè oasis where you can take a beautiful walk. Nearby there is also the hotel of the same name.

09/10/2025: I stayed 1 night. It's an old 18th-century building. Very beautiful and comfortable. Located within the oasis of the same name, offering hiking opportunities. Stylish rooms and excellent breakfast. Excellent service.

20/01/2026: Dinner with friends with a surprise at the end. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are quite friendly, and there's no background noise, so we chatted pleasantly. Obviously, I didn't try the entire menu, which strictly lists what's fresh and what's frozen, etc. I can only say that the steamed appetizer was meager and tasteless (best avoided), but the biggest surprise was the final bill, where we discovered that each Soaso (fresh) had been charged 40 euros each. Considering that after removing the scraps, there's not much left to eat, it seemed like an excessive price. I don't know if I'll go back again; the rest is certainly good and reasonably priced, like my first course (pumpkin gnocchi with calamari), but I've honestly never paid that price for each Soaso at any other restaurant, even if it's fresh. Be careful, because it's certainly good, but I think the eel is also quite expensive.

08/01/2026: The ice cream is delicious, a little more expensive than elsewhere, but they add (if you want) white or dark chocolate inside the cone, and whipped cream (classic or chocolate) on top of the ice cream!

23/12/2025: I tried the pinzini with cured meats and an onion compote and a hot seafood appetizer, both very good, then the seafood risotto, truly excellent, one of the best I've ever eaten. Regarding the quality of the food and the recommended wine, everything was very good. The service, however, in my opinion, could be improved. Too many times we were asked if everything was okay by different waiters. In my opinion, the table should be managed by the same waiter in order to avoid, as I said, bringing things that were already on the table. The atmosphere and ambience of the room are excellent.

Gourmet combinations to try in tastings (with partridge...), and among the classics, the San Daniele version or the mortadella, pistachio, and burrata with steamed dough are amazing. A wide selection of cocktail pairings. A refined wine list, beers for every taste, and knowledgeable and friendly management. To build loyalty 💯💯 VISIT IN DECEMBER 2025 After 2 years: Unbeatable pizzas. A resource that continues to grow... where Gambero Rosso "three segments" are even a bit too small, especially when the "nuvola" and "verace" are compared to pizzas from other places in Italy that are showing off and could instead tie the shoes of Venturi and the entire staff; otherwise exquisitely welcoming. Homemade panettone served with custard comes from Mars, beating even the most famous and historic Italian leavened products 6-0, 6-0. I'm not afraid, not even for a moment, of over-judging.

13/11/2025: CONTEMPORARY PIZZA... CASERTA STYLE... IT LOOKS LIKE A VESPA WHEEL. I ALWAYS GET THE MARGHERITA WHICH IS THE REAL 🍕 PIZZA. THIS PIZZA... BAKED IN AN ELECTRIC OVEN WITH VERY FEW INGREDIENTS, THE THREE BASIL LEAVES ARE GOOD... 11 EUROS A MARGHERITA COULD ALSO BE OK, BUT WITH MORE TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA. THE FLOUR IS GOOD AND EASY TO DIGEST, AND THAT'S ENOUGH.

04/01/2026: I was there for a birthday. It was a nice, noisy group! The staff was very helpful. The food was good and the service was fast. The meat menu offered a variety of appetizers, first courses, and second courses. The pizza was also good.

The ambiance is beautiful, refined without being pretentious, and the open kitchen is open to the light and harmonious world of Chef Guido and his assistants. 28/11/2025: We ate there on a Sunday for lunch. The place is beautiful, the staff very friendly, and the food is truly delicious. The raw artichoke salad was truly delicious, as were the salami and cutlet. Highly recommended.
