18/02/2025: We stopped for lunch while passing through. Welcoming and courteous service, delicious and genuine food. We split an appetizer and had a first course each. Portions adequate for the average price. Pleasant experience!

23/03/2025: Invited for lunch I was able to taste the delights that the restaurant offers. Quality ingredients and a wise mix of tradition and innovation. The dishes served as well as beautifully presented were all truly excellent with well-defined flavors but that overall had that something extra. I cannot overlook the courtesy of the Staff. We will definitely be back!... Congratulations!

22/03/2025: Locale storico, caldo ed accogliente. La pizza e' ancora buona. Gustosa ma leggera, le farciture proposte non mancano. Si sta tranquilli, specie nella prima saletta a destra. Con un piccolo gruppo di amici mangi una buona pizza e passi una bella serata. La mia recensione finisce qui, ma per visto e sentito dire pare che siano bravi non solo a fare pizze. Ad esempio cotoletta e pincini pare siano da non perdere. Mi riservo di tornarci a breve, e non solo per la pizza..

31/03/2025: We chose this restaurant returning from a relaxing weekend and it was the perfect choice!!! The place is really beautiful and the dining room staff is welcoming. The menu is very varied with interesting options. The highlight was the Fiorentina di Charra which, even though I asked for it well done, was tender as butter!!! We will definitely be back to try other dishes

31/03/2025: An excellent culinary experience. Non-trivial choice of appetizers, first and second courses. Everything is decidedly good and of quality with generous portions. The courteous, competent and professional staff who adds that extra that is already excellent anyway. Unfortunately it is not two steps away, but if we are in the area again we will certainly return.

03/03/2025: Take Eat Easy - Il Cappellaccio Matto was a pleasant discovery. The cuisine is truly fantastic, with carefully prepared and tasty dishes that enhance the Ferrara tradition. I tried the pumpkin cappellacci and they were simply perfect. The atmosphere is friendly and informal, you eat in a relaxed environment without too many frills. The chef is very good, you can feel the passion in every dish. I will definitely be back!

18/03/2025: March 2025 I went to this place for my partner's graduation party. They welcomed us and gave us a private space on the upper floor. Fried gnocco and cured meats appetizer, second course (zucchini cappellacci and dry passatelli), mixed grill for second course. I ate very well. But what I would point out above all else was the kindness and helpfulness of the waiters and those who assisted us, even well beyond opening hours. I would like to mention Vittoria in particular, friendly, kind and quick to joke, a truly welcome presence. Highly recommended!

09/03/2025: Excellent place to eat gluten-free in Ferrara! As a celiac person, I found myself very happy in the restaurant, a lot of attention from the waiters who explained everything to me with care and attention. I ate some excellent tortellini cacio e pepe from the city's gluten-free pasta factory. The only advice I can give is perhaps greater attention to vegetarian food as practically every dish included either meat or fish... despite this it was very good :)
