08/08/2026: An experience to forget! I booked in June for August 8th. I transferred half of the amount due as requested. I sent a copy of the transfer via WhatsApp and received the same confirmation of receipt. Today, August 8th, I heard from the same person who replied to me at the reception desk for the copy of the instant transfer... that they hadn't received the booking deposit. I asked for an explanation and showed them the messages, including theirs. They re-transferred the amount I paid, but I had to look elsewhere and was lucky to find another place, even if it was more expensive. What can I say? I'll never stay at this property again. Poor management, and in my opinion, they deleted the WhatsApp messages. However, I have their confirmation of receipt for the copy of the transfer. I'm very disappointed by this unpleasant experience. Think about it, folks.

08/08/2026: Very negative. I paid a deposit a month ago, and on the day of arrival, the room wasn't available. The owner says she didn't receive a booking confirmation or a bank transfer. But the lady has a short memory, because she received the 50% deposit. As pointed out, she sent a refund. Why did she refund me if, as she claims, she didn't receive the money? A total disappointment. I will never stay at this hotel again. Too many turns of phrase, and I don't like being taken for a ride.
